A couple of years back, when I returned to WNY and didn’t have a garage to park my car in, I quickly learned that I needed an automatic car starter for my vehicle. One of the online deal sites was selling a car starter package to here for about $ 120. Great price! Especially considering that my sister paid roughly $ 300 to have a starter put in her Jeep at Custom Radio. Crazy! She had nothing fancy about her car to warrant that high price.
Brought my car here on Christmas Eve 2011 and had the starter put in. Never had any issue with it starting, unlike some I’ve known that paid twice as much for a finicky starter. This place is small, next to Monro Muffler. But they are quick with getting things done.
I’m getting a new car tomorrow, so I had my starter removed from my current ride. It was free for them to remove. To put it back in my next car, it’ll cost $ 75. Good deal, I think!
Just note, there are only 4 chairs in the waiting area, which is small. And there’s really not much to walk to in close proximity, especially in the winter with cold, whipping wind and huge snow banks everywhere.
I’m glad I came here initially and am looking forward to getting my starter put into my new car!
