History

Established in 2001.

The employees of HSR Property Services, LLC have a long history in the field of multi-​family housing. HSR is currently managing about 4,000 multi-​family units in the Chicago Metropolitan area.

The President of HSR Property Services, LLC previously served as President of Diversified Realty Group, founded in 1987. Following an employee acquisition, a new firm was created, HSR Property Services, LLC in 2001.

HSR Property Services, LLC has assembled a team of innovative and dedicated Property Managers. The Executive staff includes a Certified Association Managers («CPM») from the Institute of Real Estate Management («IREM»). All Property Managers are encouraged to continue their education through IREM, Community Associations Institute, and various trade organizations.
