Amish Furniture Shoppe

I really like this place because it sells the real deal, furniture that is wood.
If you are moving into your first place, this is not where I’d go to buy furniture. This is where you buy something that you love and will keep for at least 20 years.
You can buy things right off the floor or you can order it with exactly the stain, dimension and knobs you want. We did the ordering way twice because we needed pieces to fit particular spots. You will wait 12 weeks but you will get exactly what you want.
This last time we found exactly what we wanted right on the floor and took the small children’s pieces home with us. We bought a table and 2 chairs for our granddaughter that she will be able to use with her grandchildren. I could jump up and down on this stuff and it would be fine. (Granted, I admit I probably would have a hard time climbing onto a child’s table and jumping up and down but you get the idea.)
In the case of Amish Furniture, you get what you pay for. When you’re ready for the real stuff, check them out.

This girl is a sucker for all things Amish*. I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would stop and check out the Shoppe.
The showroom is quite large. It’s separated by room – bedroom, dining room, living room, and office. The furniture is sturdy and well-​built. Now regarding price – this furniture «ain’t no jenky $hit» and will last a long, long time. I would gladly pay a bit higher for a piece of furniture and have it last 20−30+ years.
I’m in the market for one of those wall benches that sits in an entryway and has hooks (if you know the official name for these things please PM me!). They had 3 that I liked so I’m keeping this place in mind.
They also sell mattresses, rocking chairs, and I saw some random artwork/​craft items throughout the store.
*In fact, just this morning I bought some Ro’s Amish Candy «Cashew Crunch» from Treasure Island.

Pricing is pretty fair the products are beautiful, and you don’t get beat up to bad for custom pieces, I have and will shop here again.
