I went to Staples to look at a new laptop and to buy some parchment paper to write letters. I thought when I walked in, that there was a rave party going on. The dance music was EXTREMELY loud. I inquired about a laptop. They do not stock the one I was looking at. The guy who showed me the laptop did not seem knowledgeable about laptops. I now have some song about pounding an alarm stuck in my head. They should have a bigger parking lot. Perhaps a parking garage.

Always great service, associates are friendly, they usually have everything I need, except ball Frixion® pens, only available online, but I can’t live without them!

This Staples is like every other one. They have a very nice selection of office supplies. The staff is friendly from the experiences that I have had. If your looking for a wide variety of office supplies or tech products then you will find what you need here.

I buy most of my office supplies at this Staples because it’s 5 minutes from my home. Four out of five times, it takes me forever to find what I want. Workers are lackadaisical; in need of PR training. Yesterday, I asked someone where to find business card holders, and she barely looked up to acknowledge me. Staples had an offer for a free pack of copy paper by obtaining a mail-in rebate at time of purchase. It must have taken over 20 minutes to get that rebate! I was a bit peeved, as were the people behind me in line. Three different associates came to figure out why a rebate form would not print out. Due to convenience, I’ll continue to frequent the store, but only when in dire need.
