Lane Byrant

I don’t shop here often, but sometimes, as a full figured woman, we need to find something that fits us, that doesn’t look like either an old lady (no offense) will wear, or a teen will wear. But, some of the things in that store, are definitely not for me. But I did find a few things that I liked, and looked good on, but the prices! Wow.!!
The first time, we went in there, we got great service, she was attentive and helped me find the right size bra and other things. But this time… neither of the ladies in there, helped us with much enthusiasm, or umph. Sorry, but if you don’t like your job, esp that kind of job, get out of it.
When we did ask for help, after they were coming down to go to their storage room, it was greeted rudely, and unhelpful. She didn’t even look to see if the size was there, she just said, no sorry. Then the other girl, I asked for help, she had no personality, and she handed me pants, but she acted like I was a big bother.
Again, I say, if you don’t like your retail job, get out.
I bought things I wanted online, and that will probably be the only way I will purchase from them, because I can get coupons online.
Poor service, ruins business.

Okay, so the clothes are Lane Bryant are terrible. Just because I’m not a size 2 doesn’t mean I want to wear a sequined tent. BUT… the lingerie at Lane Bryant is WONDERFUL. 38E is not a size you can buy at TJ Maxx and at fancy lingerie stores I can find good stuff, but at a huge price tag.
At Lane Bryant, however, I can find a sexy bra that fits right and is well made for give or take $ 30. So imagine how excited I was when I saw a Lane Bryant Outlet store!!! YAY!
Boo. No sale lingerie. They have it, but it’s the same as any store. The only stuff that was one sale was, well, uggo.
Boo, Lane Bryant. Boo.
