United Car Wash

This place did an above average job washing and detailing my car with the $ 24 ultimate washing package. It was chill outside at about 40 degree, so I’m happy to find a place that workers still dip their hands in the cold water to clean my car. (yes, they hand wash your car before send it to the touch less washing system)
I like their touch less car wash system that cars are «parked» under the system to spread water and soap. You don’t have to worry about them driving you car to the tire rails like other touch less car wash places do. There is always a wait line of cars, they are very under-​staffed as you can expect in the winter weather. One caution is that if you bring in a luxury car, you want to watch them cleaning from time to time. They are not necessarily careful in handling your car but they do work hard.

I don’t get how this place has so many good reviews!
I pad 260.00 plus Tip for a detail in my BMW 535, which is fine.
What makes me so upset is that they put some cheap oil all over the interior and the leather seats. All my clothes, hands and body are covered in that nasty stuff! Even the steering well.
When I saw it ai told the guy why did it, and his answer was «we do it to all new cars in a detail wash» .
They should have put that nasty thing only on the
tires and is the only place they didn’t do it!

Called and got a quote before I came in. They had the best price for what I wanted. I’m pregnant and had projectile vomit while driving home. They got my seats shampooed and smelling fresh for $ 75 in 3 hours. They even got the seat belts! I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing such a service!

Best car wash and I’m so glad I found them! Have your car cleaned inside too. You won’t be disappointed. Super nice people too!

Took our car here to get detailed and they did an amazing job! We will definitely take our cars here as they offer a discount after a certain amounts of washes. Thanks everyone for great customer service and a great car wash.

You would waste your money, but don’t waste your time. They promised it would take about 30 – 40 mins, but I had to wait for vacuuming done for 1 hour. And I must leave to pick up my kid with paying $ 12 for the dirty car. The thing I can’t tolerate is how rude the owner was. She just said I need to pay $ 12 without any hint of sorry. I won’t come back again. I don’t know how they can keep this business. If you have 2 – 3 hours for car wash, don’t buy my review.

Great service at this car wash. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and they took my car, did an excellent job at cleaning it inside and out, all for a very affordable price. I will definitely come back again!

I was confused on what to do when I pulled up and felt overwhelmed comparing packages on the board. A woman came to my window though and was so so nice and helped me narrow it down.
I spent $ 20 for them to wash my car, vacuum the inside and wipe down everything inside (they also hand dried the car). They had packages up to $ 35(?) though that included other things too.
They had a waiting area with a sofa and TV however there was no AC inside (or at least they didn’t have it on), so it was an oven in there! Every customer I saw walk in walked out and sat outside. This waiting area not having AC was the only thing I didn’t like.
They started on my car right away and it took them about 35 min. They gave me a free air freshener too. They did miss the edges a bit when whiling down my dash, windshield, review mirrors, and flip down mirror. However, they did offer me the chance to look things over and tell them if they missed anything. I was just so stoked with what they DID do for $ 20 that I felt the value exceeded the price already and I didn’t need to be that picky.
I do recommend this place and I will be back!

They do a great job but be prepared to wait. I was the only one there and it took an hour and 45 min. They laugh and joke with each other moving at a calm slow pace that made me sit there and wait. I got the diamond detail so it was extensive but sooooo slow.

A little confusing at first & I think they unsold me a bit — but the car wash was clean & the waiting room was comfy.

I love this place! My first time here and I got the deluxe wash, I think… Whichever one that was $ 17. The guys did an amazing job with my poor car that was covered in stuck on pollen. It was horrific.
My lovely white Jetta looks amazing now, perfect wet looking wheels and clean clean clean.
And what put it over the top the guy that was helping me followed me down the street in his car because I forgot my card there! I will say I was startled when he knocked on my window at a red light but I’m grateful he did this because misplacing a card is a pain in the a$$.
I will never go anywhere else!
Next time I will get the full detail, get the inside vacuumed or something.

My fiancé and I took a two week road trip cross country so you can bet that the car was filthy. Took it to this place and they did a marvelous job vacuuming all the dirt that accumulated from camping! And all the bug spots that covered the front of the car were gone. The guy there took extra time to wipe a few spots that weren’t washing out so it was greatly appreciated. Will come back here again!

Let them wash your car, don’t wash it yourself. 5 stars for the touchless system. They have a great waiting room and great detailed service. I never been to a car wash where they have real fancy couches to sit on and a nice tv to watch. It’s clean and has a/​c! This is just an awesome place.
If you have a black car, use touchless so it don’t scratch the car. I didn’t know better before, but now I know and will always prefer it like this.

If you want to go somewhere fast that doesn’t take the time to throughly clean your car inside and out, then go somewhere else. Yes, they take a little longer but that’s because they are doing a fantastic job. They have great customer services and the prices are amazing.

If you value your paint job, this is the place for you.
Much better than other car washes I’ve been to in Portland area.
No idea what the previous review about a big Iranian dude is all about. The workers were very hospitable in my experience.

They did a great job cleaning the inside/​outside of my car and for a very reasonable price. I would have to say that they were pretty rough with the vacuum nozzle, but my car is a beater so I didn’t care.

This place gets 5 stars, for so, so many reasons.
I was unsure why there were so many solid 5-​star reviews for a car wash, but I didn’t hesitate to check it out. The staff was incredibly polite, attention to detail was spot-​on, and my car looked great– detail and wash, all for $ 35. That’s unheard of where I come from! (Los Angeles.) It was really quick, too– I think I spent, at most, 45 minutes waiting for everything.
The lounge area was comfortable and had a giant sofa, television and vending machine.
I live in Downtown Portland, but I’m driving back out here any time I need a wash, because the drive is well worth the quality and service!

If you want vehicle cleaned with attention to detail, then look no further. These guys rock. Go for the full service. It’s a happy ending… Not like that you sick bastard.

I reviewed this place November of last year and they were awesome but didn’t have a covered waiting area. So, most of the winter I (mostly) garaged my convertible or washed it myself and sort of avoided going back since they didn’t have anywhere for me to sit indoors.
Fast forward four months.
Easter was the perfect spring day so I zipped over to get my little car polished up. Imagine my total and absolute happy happy joy joy that they not only remembered my name, but the owner told me he read the Unilocal review and had been dying for me to come back because he had put in a little indoor waiting room in response to my feedback. You could have knocked me over with a feather.
It is my real hope that business owners at least consider the Unilocal they get and see that we really are trying to be HELPful that’s why they call it Unilocal, I presume.
And you know what? Most of the time (I hate to say it) my well meant feedback fails to make any difference at all.
This owner and this place was different — they did something about it.
