Purchased a mattress for my toddler yesterday who was getting her first big girl bed! I first called the store and Tyler helped me with a few questions. Later I came down and quickly was set up with her new mattress. Very knowledgeable and pressure free experience.

Went to many stores searching for a new mattress set and ended our search at Mattress Depot. With help from Scott Agron we were able to get exactly we wanted with no hassle and a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate shopping here again. thanks Scott!

Engaging, friendly and knowledgable service! I was very pleased with the mattresses I ordered and got probably the best customer service, I have ever received in retail. Both of the sales people that I worked with asked questions and really seemed interested in meeting what my needs were and making sure that I was happy throughout my purchasing decision. Major KUDDOS to Marissa! Thank you for your awesome customer service, it’s such a lost art but you brought it back to life! We just got rid of our Temperpedic that we bought from Steve over 12 years ago from Canyon road so, being out of the loop on all the new mattress options. We truly appreciate the time she took with us and our indecisiveness, Marissa was so patient, understanding, very knowledgeable and truly friendly. If you need a new mattress talk to Tyler at the Mattress Depot location on Hwy 99 in Tigard. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were in and out quickly with a great deal! Great buying experience. We also got same day delivery.

This is our 2^nd trip to Mattress Depot — TIGARD — and our 3^rd mattress purchase. We came back primarily due to Tyler who was so awesome when we dealt with him in April 2015.
He is a straight shooter & does all he can to offer you a superb mattress at the most affordable price. He is VERY knowledgeable about his business & shares that information with ease and does not do a HARD SELL.
I have recommended his store to many friends as well as family and I will continue to do so as I have been extremely pleased with everything Tyler & his staff offer. I was very fortunate to have my mattress delivered the SAME DAY even when his delivery staff was swamped !!

My experience buying my new mattress was nothing short of amazing. Scott, the salesman, was pleasant, honest and didn’t pressure us to leave with something! He was extremely helpful in finding the mattress right for me and within my budget. I really recommend this company, but without Scott our experience wouldn’t have been so wonderful!

Tyler was the polar opposite of any high pressure or disinterested salespeople I’ve met in other stores in the past few weeks of shopping. It was refreshing to get to talk about this big decision with someone that was nice, informed, and friendly — but not fake. It was nice to be treated like a human and not like a dollar sign or a kid.
He was educated about different types of mattresses and helped me find one I really liked that fit into my budget, which I really appreciated. He was personable and patient as I took a long time making up my mind. A mattress is a long term investment, so I wanted to be sure, and he totally understood! I walked out feeling like I got a great deal on a mattress I will be happy in for a long time, and my roommate felt the same way about a bed frame for her. He even offered to help my roommate put the bed frame together if she had troubles. Talk about going above and beyond!
One thing I’d like to point out, because I know there are many out there like me: their prices are great — and far better than any other stores in the area — but they’re obviously a little higher than what you’ll find online. As a college student, I tend to get wrapped up in online shopping to save money. This company, to me, is *worth* paying a little extra, because the people are great and the company is local. I will be returning for any and all sleep related purchases I need, because I am that impressed.
