This small apartment complex is being neglected in a big way. The exterior paint is badly faded on the south & east-facing garage doors and walls. Many garage doors are an eye-sore with wood & paint damage that has gone unrepaired for years. For the last month the two-foot gap between one garage door and the ground has been covered by a flimsy black tarp taped in place. There are large weeds growing in every rain gutter. The area around the dumpster and recycling bins is always a hot mess and lately the glass recycling bin has disappeared altogether. Despite the fact that new shingles were installed in 2012(along with a rent increase), the roofs are not being maintained; tree debris(leaves, pine needles, fallen branches) are allowed to pile up unabated. The painted lines and number in the parking lot are seriously faded. When they do re-paint the numbers every 3 – 4 years, keep a sharp eye out because your parking spot is likely to change without notice because those doing the work can’t even see the old numbers well enough to know what they are supposed to be, so they guess… often wrong. They have so far refused to allow rent to be paid by credit card or automatic debit. You gotta do it the old fashioned way by writing a check. To top it all off, no one from the management team will speak to you. There is no manager on site. The mailing address is a UPS store. When you send a message on the«contact us» page of the website there is no response. Despite numerous attempts, I have never yet actually been able to speak to a person when I call the contact number. Whenever I have had a maintenance problem the response time has been a minimum of four days. Yet they are johnny-on-the-spot about leaving late rent papers taped to the door. They do not schedule final inspection walk-throughs. It is just so disrespectful of one’s humanity to be ignored and treated like a paycheck instead of a customer. It is my hope that the Nelson family, Scott in particular, will be inspired by this review to provide better customer service.
