Terrible manicure, painful pedicure. I can shape my nails better myself and the polish was awful! I can literally see the color of my natural nails through the faint coats they put on my nails.
My feet were scrubbed violently on the top and the water was absolutely scolding. To the point where I had to wait almost an entire minute of them pumping cold water in for it to be bearable.
Do not go here! So many better places in town!

The two women working there are too busy socializing to take customers that walk through the door? They enjoy Losing money???
I went there to have my first ever set of acrylics done with my little sister.
On the door is states, «Walk in welcome.» But we made an appointment just for convince. When we first walked in the man at the front just stared. I quickly said I had an appointment and he replied with a flat «Chose your color.» My sister and chose our colors and went back to the front. I told my sister she could go before me. And the man looked shocked, he said «no no I can’t do two of you.» My sister and I looked At each other, looked around the empty salon and quickly back at him. I replied. «You can’t do our nails? One person At a time?» Obviously irritated the man said., «yeah yeah sure.»
He took 45 minutes to apply the nails. He made sure to take his slow time so hopefully I wouldn’t want mine done anymore, boy was he wrong. My sister waited there patiently, smiled and killed this guy with kindness.
He refused to give my sister the student discount because her nails were too long WTF!?? After 2 hours we were finally out of the place. A horrible experience and I would recommend no one go to this place.

Worst manicure and pedicure received. Uneven applications and cuts from trimming cuticles. Very rude when brought to their attention. No customer service or guarantee.

Hanna is fantastic and the prices here are fair but if Hannah or Kevin (the owners) are not in, I recommend — turn around and leave.
You know that saying «while the cats are away…» well in this case when the owners are away the employees turn into the rudest bunch of lazy cows I have encountered.
I had an appointment to do a fill and shellac nail polish… when I came in, no other customers were in the salon, just a bunch of nail techs sitting around. They said I didnt have an appointment. When I explained I did, I had called in, they told me Hannah had to leave early. I understood stuff comes up and said I could do it with anyone but they wouldn’t do my nails! They told me to come back another time and wouldn’t even schedule that «other» time!
Ugh, are you kidding me? I wont be back.

I had visiting this salon for the first time yesterday (Sunday) and can honestly say that I had an amazing experience! Hannah was such a sweet lady, I will DEFINITELY be returning!
I made an appointment last minute that same morning — which was amazing to me that they were even open on a Sunday. I came at 4:15, and was immediately acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door. I was shown where the colors were to choose from and began to wait. After just a few minutes of sitting, Hannah came to me and let me know they were just a bit behind. After having me wait only 15-​ish minutes, she took me back. They closed at 5 — I was getting worried that she was going to be rushed the entire time.
She sat me down at her station and immediately began to apologize for running late and wanted to let me know how much she truly appreciated me waiting. She made me feel very welcome, introduced herself, and began asking exactly what I wanted. She took her time, even stayed late 40 minutes! At NO TIME did I feel rushed or that her quality of work was suffering.
I am very happy with the service I received and will be paying her a visit in the next couple of weeks for a fill! Oh did I mention how reasonable they were!!! $ 35 for a Gel Full Set with Shallac paint! SOLD!
Now the test to see how long they last :)

I went here for a year. I always had Hannah for fills. She was very gentle and took her time. Then I would ask for her and come in and they would say «Can someone else do for you Honey?» Also one person would start a pedicure and a second person would finish. Soooo who do you tip? One time I made a appointment, came in and Kevin, the owner, asked if I could come back. Wait, what? I told him I won’t ever be back. I would spend $ 75 a month on a average. I will not be returning.

This place has pros and cons. It was one of the best massages I have ever had for a pedicure. Loved it. Did a very good job on the shellac manicure as well. But, they run very behind. Very hard to schedule an appt because they take a very long time and make you wait awhile even with an appt.

Right when this place opened, I thought it was great! Now, I’m extremely disappointed. For example, I went in last week for a shellac mani and spa pedi (probably my 5^th time being here), and the next day my toenail polish had chipped (really??). I hoped it was just a fluke, but the rest of the tips started chipping too! There goes $ 30…
I went in yesterday to get the shellac removed (a solid 12 days of heavy wear and tear) and the main gentleman/​owner asked what I needed. I told him I needed the shellac removed (usually a 5 minute ordeal) and he said «…sorry we’re too busy». No «come back in an hour?» or «I’m sorry, can we make it tomorrow?», just «we’re too busy» … did I mention they had 6 employees walking around with one gal getting a pedicure? Seriously? Evidently if you’re not there to spend $ 50+, why bother… don’t go here!!!

I experienced a very pleasant time at cozy nails! Né was very kind and payed very close detail to doing my nails! Each time I come I walk away satisfied and will definitely return!

Okay so I was super excited to get a day to myself! Personally, I never get the chance to get a manicure and pedicure and today was the perfect day! Mother’s Day! So I walk into the place and my partner already paid for the deluxe package. Awesome right? I sit down and they tell me I have to pay for the tools. Wait, what? I have to pay separately for the tools but we gave you $ 55 for the package plus a $ 10 tip? How does that make any sense? I’m not to happy with this place. I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures from around the world and this is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for my own tools. Very disappointed…

They do great work here, and it’s clean. They always offer you a beverage and there’s a bowl of candy too. I got a shellac mani and it’s still looking good, after 2 weeks. I’m hard on my hands so that’s a miracle.

*WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!*
This place will CHARGE you for the equipment that they use to clean your nails. I’ve never been to a nail salon that charges you for the stuff they use to clean your nails. That to me just did not not make sense.
The lady that did my mani and pedi was very rude and seemed very unhappy of what she does. She did a horrible job. She also made face towards other customers that came in. This one girl came in and she was wearing shoes. As she was waiting for her turn she started to take her shoes off and the lady that was doing my mani was looking at her like she was disgusted because she was wearing shoes! The girl noticed she was starring at her with a disgusted look on her face and this lady just kept starring at her! Like c’mon! Have some respect! Oh and when I paid and she gave me my change, she was starring at the cash the whole time. Not even looking at me to say thank you or anything but she she just kept starring at the cash hoping I’ll give her a big tip! She got a tip, but it was base on my horrible experience that this lady put me through! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I just have to share. A week ago I got a manicure and felt a couple areas that she was using those cuticle clippers along the sides of my nails that didn’t feel right. Now I’ve been dealing with an ingrown nail for three days, and doing anything at all keeps it consistently bleeding with pus. So I went to urgent care today and discovered it was infected. They had to numb it and scalpel it open so it could drain, but we still haven’t gotten the ingrown out. I get to spend my weekend with Epson salt soaks, antibiotics and self surgery. Not to mention the backlash of the doctor bill. Thanks Cozy Nails. Not.

So happy i found this place! They are always very friendly and accommodating. The pedicures are fantastic and good prices. I get solar nails with shellac on my hands. And I love to get designs. Usually a different one in each finger :) they always do whatever I need and if someone can’t do it, they find someone who can. Connie and hannah both are amazing with designs! They pay close attention to detail and make sure it comes out just as you want it! Definitely suggest cozy nails to everyone! You will be happy :)

My daughter and I got pedicures here today and they were great. The shop is clean, bright and they have 10 nice message chairs. We got right in without an appointment but I was also 1:00 on a Monday. No price break for a mani/​pedi combo which I thought was strange but they gave my teen daughter a student discount — $ 32.00 or $ 10 more for shellac mani. Oh and a free drink which was nice. The biggest drawback? The music. Over an hour of Bruno Mars. Awful. And when we got to the end of the playlist, it started over at the beginning again! Ugh.
I’d go back but bring my headphones.

Not impressed. From the reviews, I thought this place would be good, but I was wrong. I had an appointment at 11:30 and they sat me down after about 5 minutes, but my manicure didn’t actually start for another half hour. The place was busy, but they could have at least apologized for making me wait. I was never offered a complimentary drink either.
I got a shellac manicure with a fairly sheer color, and when I asked for a third coat she tried to talk me out of it. I also felt like I had to be fairly involved so that my nails came out right. She got some of the top coat onto my finger, and while she was taking it off she ripped off a huge chunk of skin. She didn’t even realize it for a second, but then tried to explain that she thought it was the top coat. It was pretty painful and not great for a wedding the next day. My moms nails were not shaped that well either.
She did end up giving me the diamonds for free, and my nails do look good. However, I’m sure I could find better service somewhere else.

Had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and attentive and they do a wonderful job. Prices are competitive and the place is clean. It can get pretty busy, so make an appointment.

(NOTE: This review is only for the pedicures, not other services.) Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff here really knows what they are doing when it comes to giving a great pedicure. I would definitely suggestion splurging for the deluxe– the basic and classic are wonderful, however the deluxe also comes with a great hot stone aspect and a longer massage for the legs. I feel that they could make the earlier parts of the deluxe pedicure feel a bit more special, as when the man put in the «scented sea salt» it kind of just felt dumped in, and the other two individuals who I was with had better water jets in their foot baths. The soda was also just a bit too watered down.
The complaints above though are minor to the actual problem I had with the salon, and that is that I felt that more of the staff could have acted a bit more professional. One employee sat in a chair playing on her phone while waiting for customers, and it just kind of seemed that she did not care.
Besides that small hiccup of professionalism, the overall environment of Cozy is well worth the money (especially in a suburb where pedis do not run cheap!) The staff does really seem to care about the customers, and the pedicure was well worth the money for the experience! I will definitely be coming back.

I don’t go to get my nails done often. So I may not be the best judge when it comes to salons. I did have a really good experience here though. They were very busy, but took me in just as soon as the customer before me was done. I gravitate towards the brighter, spring/​summer colors & in my option they could have more of these. None the less the selection was good. I was offered a choice between a few types of beverages while I had my pedicure. I chose the mid-​range pedicure at $ 25 (just $ 5 more then the basic pedi). If you don’t bring your own buffer, etc. you can purchase these items for $ 2. The step-​up included a hot foot soak and warm leg towels. I chose a basic manicure for $ 15. Overall, Helen did a great job and I would definitely go back again!

I really like this place, open, clean and all the folks are ready to please.
I have been trying to find a new nail place after moving from Virginia to Oregon. This place has super comfy massage chairs (best I’ve experienced in this area so far out of maybe ten places?)
Free drink with service, great prices, new place and they speak English. I really like this place, have been here twice and will most likely make this my go to nail place.
I would bring my friends here and I hope you would visit too!
