I purchased an extra-​large decaf soy hazelnut latte for $ 5.25. I asked the guy for decaf. This is so important because caffeine makes me super nauseous for hours. It didn’t use to, but now does. The 2^nd time I said, «did I mention decaf?» I know I did, but to not offend people by repeating it, I am putting it on me, like maybe I forgot. He said he heard me no problem.
Anyway, I drank about a third and I was miserable the entire day. There was no doubt that was not decaf. I put it in the fridge so that I can take it back the next day (yeah, you heard right), but someone in the household drank it and later was upset at me for not telling them it was caffeinated as they know I never get caffeinated coffee and now they were up all night.
It’s not about the money loss, it’s about the day loss. What price do you put on my full day of needless misery? At work I have to be able to focus, not be laying my head down on the desk! Also I had sent an email to Black Rock but they never responded, which makes the situation even worse. The kids that work there are friendly, but you’re paying a good amount of money for coffee, so please take making the drinks seriously, take pride in your craft. That’s all I ask.

God damn I have no idea why I can’t stand their coffee. I have tried it a couple times at several different locations and it is all the same.
To me it tastes bitter, flat and slightly burnt. I like their iced teas and should just stick with that, but I tried again today because they were the only place between my Dr. and my house.
Large Latte, Sugar Free White Chocolate, Nonfat Milk = GROSS. I hate wasting coffee so I will get it down somehow (probably by adding some sugar free chocolate), but I I don’t think I will try their coffee again.

Black Rock coffee is the crack of espresso. It is delicious. Mochas, chillers, blondies, iced tea. They have soy milk. They will flex your drink any old way you want it flexxed. And the drinks are all delicious. Plus the kids at the helm are cool and efficient. And theres a punch card! Go! Go now! I was so happy to see this one on my way out to Tualatin the other day. Awesome.
