i purchased lamb shanks. They were amazing. The lamb was tender and very fresh. The butcher even taught me a Moroccan recipe for lamb with prunes and almonds. Turned out great. You should definitely give this place a try.

My husband and I were looking for a butcher shop in our neighborhood and found this amazing place. The butcher was right there cutting fresh meat. Unlike a lot of butcher shops there was no nasty meat smell. It’s very clean inside. They also offer lots international food choices on the shelves. They have very friendly service and are willing to help you if you ask. They are not pushy unlike some other stores. But you do need to «Speak Up» if you desire something. The meat was the Best we’ve had in a long time. It’s going to be difficult now eating meat from a regular grocery store.

first, I have never eaten at the attached deli; I have never bought any of the packaged food; I have never bought anything but meat here. on to the key! They have good quality meat and they have actual butchers on the site. you want goat. yep. you want lamb. yep. you want veal. yep. you want beef. yep. I wanted a tongue so I could make lengua burritos at home.(side note: I like to boil the tongue in a mixture of beer and water instead of straight water, and it makes it really good!) They apologized since they only had beef tongue in stock. I thought about that and then realized that I had never tried other tongue, but I must now try others! I plan to call and find out when they have other tongue in stock so I can try others! wohoo!

Very friendly service! Had heart, kidneys, tongue, and other sorted parts sometimes hard to find. Butcher will cut to your preference and easily answered all our questions. We only shopped for groceries didn’t try the deli… next trip for sure!

This goes in my ‘must stop when in the neighborhood’ category. I really enjoyed eating here. The falafel was fresh tasting and the schwarma solid. The portions were generous. More importantly, after a couple of visits I had some really good conversation with the owner, Nabeile. It is always cool to meet the guy in charge and hear his ideas for his business. He was building a cool little hookah lounge in the back wanted to talk a little shop. Cool. As far as hospitality, it was like being invite to someones house who really wants to show you their best receipes. Call me a food geek but I find it interesting to discuss the in’s an out of making a good falafel. The restaurant shares a common door to a grocery store where you can purchase middle eastern cooking supplies.
