History

Established in 2007.

Avanti Body Jewelry started out in June 2007 as a little kiosk in Eugene, OR. We then moved our business up to Tigard, OR inside of Washington Square Mall beginning in February 2008. Over the years of serving our customers with great passion and integrity we have grown into a larger and larger kiosk. Until now… as of June 20^th 2013 we will be opening our first store! We will upgrade from our current location outside of Macy’s and move into a store front between Journey’s and JCPenney. We are so excited and want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible support!

I started out my specialty retail career selling hermit crabs in painted shells back in 2004. Always being very entrepreneurial I jumped on the opportunity to buy a location from my former boss when he decided to sell his kiosks. About one year later I expanded the Hermit Hut into Washington Square Mall and started Avanti Body Jewelry down in Eugene. Since then I have experimented with many different specialty retail businesses that have not stood the test of time. Throughout the years I have learned the power of focus and what it means to truly serve your customers. My wife Janna comes from an extensive background in fine jewelry with awards for her incredible customer service. Her smile, laughter, wisdom and direction are legendary in our company culture!
