GREAT for PRENATAL PILATES and MASSAGE!!!
If you are pregnant and wish to do pilates or get a prenatal massage — look no further! Skye and Lori are phenomenal instructors. I am 33 weeks pregnant and had a difficult pregnancy. Since I have taken the thursday class, I feel so much better. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been coming to this studio for almost 8 years and absolutely love it. I always get a full body workout and the hour flies by. There’s usually plenty of 2-​hour parking on Main St, but she also validates in the Main St lot. And there are different kinds of classes for people who want a variety — and there’s even child care certain days of the week!

This is a very nice studio in downtown Tiburon. I’m a new mother and attended the class where we could bring our babies along. My 4-​month old son was in great care while I learned the pilates machine with Sky. The hour flew-​by and we all got a great workout. Thanks!

New to town (& reformers!) and they allowed me to take a complimentary class to learn the machine with Lori. I’m hooked and can’t wait to go back tomorrow for the Cardio class.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending a soulful yoga session with Rebecca! Her class had the perfect mix of relaxing stretches to heart pumping flow! I was in complete bliss while achieving a complete workout and left feeling revitalized.
As a Heath Coach in Mill Valley, I believe this beautiful studio is extremely beneficial to the Health & Wellness of those who embrace these classes regularly! I will be referring my clients here and look forward to joining in another class soon!

I did the 45 minute burn workout. I’ve done pilates before but they were usually for an hour. So I was a bit skeptical about the getting a proper exercise in 45 minutes. Wow! I was pleasantly suprised. The ladies who run the place are all business. The routine was well thought out and focused on the parts of the body I cared about — my abs, the outside and inside thighs, the back of my arms, my waist — pretty much all the parts of my body that influence how clothes look on me. To top it off, a pilates class is only $ 30 for 45 minutes burn workout. Other pilate studios charge $ 45 for one hour of group lessons and pretty much achieve the same thing. They also validate parking or you can park in the street. And for those of you who are expert at pilates, they have open studio where you can use their equipment and do your own exercises. I am going back for more.
What a find and worth repeating!!!

When my boyfriend popped the question in March, I knew it was time to get my booty in gear and start getting into «bride shape.» Normally, that would mean hours at the gym which I would dread going to every day. Thankfully, I had a friend suggest Pilates and I decided to give it a shot. I tried a few other studios before discovering Pilates Studio Tiburon, so I can assure you that this studio is head and shoulders above the rest! The studio has a full array of equipment and is such a pleasant, tranquil place to walk into. It is the most spacious studio I have ever been in, which is very important during reformer classes with leg circles :) I joke with Sky and tell her I am addicted, because Pilates is now a lifestyle for me. With every move, you are strengthening while lengthening your muscles. This has given me the most slim and toned figure I have ever had. Every class is a full body workout and Sky knows exactly how to push you to your limit, while always reminding you to breathe and relax. I have been going 2 – 3 times a week for the past 6 months and every single class challenges me, so I walk out of the door feeling very accomplished. Sky knows how important it is for me to get my arms and back toned for the wedding, so every class she increases my resistance and gives me new moves to try. I genuinely feel like we have been working as a team to make sure I look my best on my wedding day!!! 5 Stars is not enough!

I would give Sky and her studio 10 stars if Unilocal would let me. I have tried everything from spinning, yoga to personal trainers. I wasn’t able to stick with any of them. I am shocked how utterly hooked I am to Sky’s Pilates classes. Truly, if I can stick to a fitness routine, anyone can.
First, there’s convenience of a parking lot (validated) if you can’t find on-​street spots. Some of the folks in the classes work in the city and come to the studio after they get off the ferry, a short walking distance away. You can book classes and individual sessions online. Classes are offered early AM and late PM. Convenience is really important for me as my schedule is so hectic and this studio is very accommodating.
I really like that the studio is airy, clean yet warm and welcoming. The reformers they use there are top notch, feels much more stable and comfortable than the flimsier models they have at my gym. It’s a far cry from the sweaty, crowded yoga experience I had in the past.
And lastly, Sky is a fantastic instructor. 60 minutes go by in a blink of an eye, her instructions seamlessly takes you from one exercise to another. Focusing on her instructions keeps your mind off from the daily grind — giving me the zen I need while still getting a thorough workout. Oh, and it helps that even after just one month of going to her studio — my friends started noticing how toned I was getting without me mentioning it.
Fantastic studio, great instructor. Truly 10 stars and two thumbs up. Go. It’s life-​changing.

Pilates Studio Tiburon is the best Pilates studio I’ve found in Marin County:
1. I get a full body workout every class I take and am always challenged in a new way.
2. Sky’s classes are the best– she incorporates mind/​body/​spirit even to reformers, so I feel completely connected to myself (and forget the «pain» as I’m strengthening and lengthening in the process).
3. Variety — in class format, equipment
4. No one will complain about the accessibility in Tiburon– free validated parking.
5. Small boutique at the front with local products and attire.
6. It just feels like home; I’m incredibly comfortable there and don’t have to be «an expert» to join a small group training/​class.
