I AM SO IMPRESSED. Charming, intelligent, punctual, talented, INCREDIBLE VALUE, trustworthy, professional… I mean, there are so many words to use about his class, his skill, and his demeanor. He’s truly a gentleman and class act, his pricing is of great value… it’s not just affordable, but he does a far better, and more complete job, than other people we’ve used in the past. Not only that, he’s so impressive, he’s already been hired on by my neighbor, and as he is so near us, our 10 unit HOA sort of thinks he might be a go-​to handyman for a lot of the odds and ends around the property.
What’s more, he was polite and utterly selfless when he came the morning of our first scheduled appointment… our holidays had been crazy, I got the date wrong, and we didn’t have the paint that was necessary. Even though, he came in and was able to fix our broken furnace. I had spent hours on it the previous weekend, and he had it fired up within a few minutes, free of charge… regardless of us not being ready for him.
When I got the paint, he offered advice and thoughts on how much, application, how to do it, etc. He was very, VERY clean and respectful of the house, and our curious little dog. He was also able to paint all the walls of each room without moving the furniture out. He just moved around it, and moved it around.
I am really excited about Israel. He’s obviously taught himself a lot in the decade or so that he has been doing this, and he has done everything from building houses to working on simple projects, including furnaces, painting, hanging *anything*, fixing stuff, and more.
THANK YOU ISRAEL. Also… he didn’t ever make me feel awkward as a guy who needs another guy to help because I have no idea how to be handy. I can hang stuff, but that stuff falls down in 6 months. Israel saves time, money, and effort. He’s a no brainer. THANK YOU SIR!!! See you soon!

Israel was proffessional, courteous, and thorough. He deep cleaned my ducts in a very timely manner and took extra time to provide valuable advice on care and maintenance. I highly recommend his services.

My furnace went out all of a sudden last week. The timing of this was not the best, but I called Israel on New Year’s Day. He came over to the house the very next morning (on his day off) to check out the furnace. It turned out that we needed a new furnace. The following day, which was also Israel’s birthday, Israel and his team were at the house installing a brand new furnace and cleaning the vents. Home Team went above and beyond what was expected considering that all of this happened during the Holidays. I only have positive things to say with regards to their communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would highly recommend Home Team Services. Home Team Services did an awesome job!

Israel cleaned out our home’s air ducts and furnace and did a great job. He was very straightforward about what should definitely be cleaned and fixed and what did not need attention until later. He was very reliable and we really appreciated him doing such a thorough and honest job. I would highly recommend Home Team Services!

Israel came to our place today and did a PHENOMENAL job of deep cleaning our ducts and was very affordable. Israel showed a tremendous amount of honesty in his work as well. As an example, before quoting and starting work, he went into my attic, examined the furnace, and told me it looks clean… he could have easily told me it was dirty and I would have probably paid extra to get it cleaned, but this meant a lot. Hope you give him a chance to service your house.

I just had a great experience with HTS. It’s been at least 4 years since my air ducts were cleaned and didn’t really know what I needed done. He was fast, professional, and very helpful.

I’ve got a pretty sweet deal with my landlord where he doesn’t ever raise my rent if he never sees or hears from me, so I called these guys for a very well overdue deep cleaning of my furnace at a reasonable price I could afford as a broke ass renter in this city of millionaires.
I called on Tuesday and Israel was here the very next evening tearing apart my entire furnace and cleaning it from the inside out. He showed me everything that was wrong and what to check to avoid major issues in the future on top of the cleaning that I was charged for. I don’t have enough good things to say about the timeliness, professionalism, and awesome service received by Home Team Services.

I contacted HTS to see if they would remove a malfunctioning sliding shower door and replace it with a new one. Israel fixed the malfunctioning sliding shower door in about 15 minutes and at a fraction of the cost of a new shower door (and the associated labor costs for installation). Hence, he saved me a lot of money and restored an old, stuck sliding shower door to working order.

We just moved into our new home and wanted to be sure before we used the heater that our ducts were clean. Israel was professional, prompt and kind. He did up-​sell me from the Groupon I’d purchased for good reason and I am VERY glad he did. He showed me photos of what was inside my ducts… let me just tell you they were a mess. Our home was built in 1955 so who knows what was in there. He quoted me a fair price and the work was complete quickly. He put everything back where he had to move it from like he’d never even been here. I would recommend his service to anyone!

I needed my dryer vent and duct cleaned. I was able to get a next day appointment and Israel Abutbul was at my door 40 minutes early! He was professional and did a great job cleaning out the vent. There was a lot of lint and he cleaned up all the mess and disposed of it. He also looked at my furnace and advised me of what it needed as well. I would definitely hire this company again.

We have four cats and hadn’t had our furnace or vents cleaned in.. .umm. .. a few years. Needless to say, there was a lot of dust and fur build up, making it a bigger job than expected. Israel did a great job explaining the various options, and finished the job professionally, quickly, and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I hired Home Team Services to clean my air ducts after a kitchen remodel and was amazed at how much dust and dirt came out of my ducts. Home Team did a GREAT job, was very professional and cost efficient. I just wish I had hired them years ago! You rock, Home Team!

My husband and I bought a new home and we needed to do some fixing up. It wasn’t a big job, we didn’t need to hire a contractor, and wanted to find someone reasonable. We heard about home team services through a friend and we are glad we did. They painted our entire apartment, patched holes in our walk in closet where we took out the wired built ins, and put in our base boards. Definitely a great handyman to have in our (and anyone’s) back pocket.

This company is honest, professional, very reasonably priced, and they do excellent work! I moved into a new home that was filthy! So you can imagine the air duct situation. We had Israel come to the house and he was smart, courteous, and cleaned the air ducts, furnace, and the dryer duct so they looked good as new. I was so surprised at how clean and wonderful everything looked and how the house smelled better after he left. They followed up on their service and we will continue to use this company on an annual basis. Thank you for the great work!

I can’t recommend this company enough! Excellent service, fair prices, and a level of integrity and honesty that is hard to come by these days. We just bought our house last month and even though we aren’t having any problems with it, I wanted to have our system serviced since we didn’t know the history on it (previous foreclosure). Dean’s came out early on a Tue to take a look. He said everything looked great for its age (12 years old) but the coils were filthy and a couple of capacitors were going bad. He cleaned the coils and replaced the capacitors, cleared the condensation drain lines of buildup and alerted us to a standing water problem in the crawl space which we are now working to correct. Although they don’t have prepaid maintenance plans they do send reminders when it’s time for a checkup. I will definitely use these fellows again!

If you need anything to do with air conditioning in the bay area, do yourself a favor and just call israel. He is professional, courteous and does an A+ job with installations. I needed 2 units. He recommended several types. israel installed both units and totally eliminated a horrible howling noise I had been getting every time the wind blew. His price for install was reasonable and he was very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with his work! Thank you!!!

Home Team Services is definitely the company to go to for all your duct work! Israel came out to our home, was professional and very reasonable. He is also a really nice guy. While he was here, I asked him if he does general handyman work and to my complete surprise and gratitude, he did a number of repairs that sorely needed attention. This company is the real deal– I highly recommend them!

West Bay Bavarian had Home Team Services come to tour business and build us a used cardboard large storage are to put all of the used cardboard for us to recycle. They were very detailed and found out exactly what we needed and measured precisely. The job was done extremely well and they even cleaned up after they were done.
