Every time we travel to LA from Denver we use Luis with to and fro Limousine service. He is so accommodating and always punctual. His cars are always spotless and he makes it so easy to travel into the city. He is always so friendly and pleasant to be around. luis and his crew will always go above and beyond to accommodate our unpredictable travel schedule. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family. His company is a top notch.

Used them for a third time and again impeccable service! Jason was our driver this time and was great. Even came back around the LAX loop after i called him to tell him we forgot something… Always great to use a local company with a little flair (nothing against the budget places)… i would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting great personal service.

I used them twice yesterday to get to Burbank early in the morning and be picked up from LAX in the evening. They were on time, very professional and the vehicles are very nice (black escalade and black Mercedes sedan.) Each car was spotless and equipped with cold water, mints, wipes, iPads, etc. Both drivers wanted to assure the temperature was pleasant along with preferred listening preferences. Both cars had Satellite radio.
Upon arrival at LAX I received a text that the driver was waiting to pull through to curbside pick up. I walked out and he drove up within 2 minutes. He took an alternate route home due to traffic.
Both were excellent drivers who thanked me for the business. The prices are competitive and in some instances less than other companies. I will gladly use them again.

Just THE BEST! Jason took my daughters to the Motley Crue concert on New Year’s Eve and they couldn’t have been more thrilled And, of course, my husband and I didn’t have any worries having them driven by a professional. They communicated really well with me from the time I booked them back in February up to the day after. Couldn’t be happier

I have used To & Fro Limousine service twice now and I can only say great things about Luis Valdez and his company. I have used a few different limo services over the years and To & Fro stands head and shoulders above them all! On time, excellent drivers, clean vehicles and fair prices. What more can I say!

Had my best trip to see family and needed a ride to and fro airport. My trip out was great driver was helpful and saw there would be delays on 405 so we went PCH to airport. Got to airport on time and made my flight with no problems.
Trip back I had a few delays and they were more than willing to work with me to get a ride home. After two changes I was picked up and treated like a VIP.
Felt like I was celebrity.

I booked To and Fro as an exit car for my upcoming wedding. Luis was unbelievably friendly and accommodating throughout the booking process, and the rate was very reasonable. The only details I gave him were the pickup address and hotel we were heading to– when I got the confirmation it was clear that Luis went the extra mile and had already looked up the address and made a note for the driver that it may be difficult to find, offering an alternate address to drive towards should the entrance not be found. I was blown away by the attention to detail and knew that I would be in great hands. The day after booking a family friend let me know that as a wedding gift they were giving us a classic car to drive away in, and as excited as I am for that, I was sad to cancel with To and Fro because their services are so amazing! Excellent service. I hired car services for my business meeting various locations in North LA with my Partners. Great communication from office and drivers. The booking process was quick and easy and followed up with a confirmation email. On time, professional and dependable. This car service is as good as it gets! I travel worldwide for work and have used hundreds of car services. I called at the last minute because my car service was booked and they came in one hour. The driver had an S CLASS Mercedes which was spotless! He was very pro and not chatty which I can’t stand. Also he found the location with no problem and got me there on time. I would for SURE recommend these people to anyone. I work with a lot of celebrities and high profile clients and I will call them again.

Luis and the To & Fro Company have become family to me! We greet with Hugs now! I have used his services for the airport, concerts, and a night out. I used him last month for the airport drop-​off/​pick up for a family reunion (always prompt and on time). Unfortunately a couple of weeks after my Grandmother passed away. Had to book tickets quick and Luis was there for me. I emailed him the night before I was leaving and he pulled through. He went above and beyond in my eyes to help me in this time of need. We always book an Escalade for our family vacation trips to LAX. When Roadrunner called to tell us that they had double booked their Escalade and that we were the odd ones out, needless to say we were not happy. Not only would Roadrunner not offer us a discount on an alternate mode of transportation, they wanted to put us in one of their shuttle vans. No thanks. Now we had to find another service, but sometimes things work out for the best.
So our vacation wasn’t far off and we were scrambling for another service. My husband called To & Fro, and he couldn’t believe how friendly and professional these guys were. They went out of their way to win over our business.
Luis was scheduled to pick us up at 5am and was early! He was the nicest guy. He almost makes you feel like he is your own personal driver.
Yes, they are a little pricier than Roadrunner, but you really get what you pay for with these guys and they are worth it!

Finally found a local limo service I like! Very professional from reservations to pick up to ride. The guys were very courteous, arrived early with clean vehicles, drove with care, and didn’t try to get too chummy by striking conversation, unless initiated by passenger. (Yes, that matters to me because there are times when I don’t feel like talking. Simple as that).
Of all the car services I’ve hired, I like this company the best; so much so that I’ve deleted from my contacts the 2 other limo services I’ve used in the past!

Now, To & Fro Limo is what I would call classy with exceptional service. From the moment I placed a call with Luis from To & Fro Limo, (mind you 10:20pm the night before a 6:15am pick up) I felt assured my guest and I would be WELL cared for, from the start of our travels through to the the end, and the many details that feel within.
The cars are immaculate, well cared for and maintained to superior standers. Stocked with amenities that make traveling anywhere a luxury, even to LAX. Comfortable, manicured seats with plenty of room, ice cold water and personal Ipads with WiFi for those last minute details you may have forgotten.
Luis arrived prompt at his suggested time, dressed to the nines and with a great attitude, it was the perfect start to a weekend in Vegas.
