Will definitely use Super Shuttle again & again & again. .. .. . My flight in mid-​June 2016 was delayed 2 hours from JFK & didn’t arrive till past 1:30 am & Super Shuttle was right there waiting to take me & my little dog home to Camarillo. The price was very reasonable & the driver, Dana (??? i was very sleepy) was so nice friendly & helpful.

I have used this company for years, but tonight I had to hire a friend on a Saturday night to drive me to LAX because the company would not acknowledge the pick up time they had told me via voicemail (which I played for the driver and dispatcher). I have panic attacks while flying and need to take medication hours before take off and unable to drive myself to the airport. After hanging up on me twice, Smart Shuttle would not even reimburse a cab fare to get me to LAX. They promised a refund but they also promised me a driver… pfft.

Josh was my driver tonight, and he arrived on time and despite traffic conditions he got me home safely, and was courteous and friendly. I will never use the competitor again! They are prompt, friendly, and assist with your bags. I feel Smart Shuttle is the best discovery yet this year!

Reggie picked me up at the airport very late and we arrived at my house 2:30am. I felt so comfortable with him and in light of the fact that it was late, he provided excellent customer service. Ask for Reggie, you will be pleased to say the least. Happy and Safe Travels.

This was the first time I havevever used a shuttle company, so I was a bit nervous, but when I called multiple time about my flight changes, they worked with me. «Joshua» was my driver and he was so nice and very professional. His driving was impeccable and I felt very safe. I plan on using this service for my ride back to the airport and for any future trips I may need!!!

Best price on time and courteous shuttle in town. Nicole took me from Oxnard to LAX on 12⁄20 & Joshua drove me from LAX to Oxnard on 12⁄27. Had a great experience with both drivers. I highly recommend Smart Shuttle and the 2 drivers I had.

We’ve used this service about a half dozen times now and it’s been excellent. We usually get a town car for our trip to and from the airport. This most recent trip we got a stretch limo — what a pleasant surprise! Our driver, Reggie, actually arrived early. He was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the trip. A great experience all the way around. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was so happy to find shuttle service from my home in SLO County to SBA. I booked a round trip service. The trip to the airport was flawless. Unfortunately, returning home was quite a different story.
The shuttle never arrived, and after 2 phone calls a Blue Dolphin cab was finally dispatched — approx. 45 minutes later. I had opted for shuttle service because I am not a young woman, and I am handicapped. To be shoved into the back seat of a Toyota Prius for an hour long drive was less than comfortable. The driver then stated the was not going to take Hwy 101, but was going to go over «the pass» because it was quicker. It wasn’t. It was a long back road with twists and turns which left me nauseous.
Then, to add insult to injury, the other person in the cab (oh, did I forget to mention that I had to SHARE this ride?) was only charged $ 75. I was charged $ 119.00.
I emailed Smart Shuttle for an explanation but was never contacted. Disappointed.

I’ve used them a dozen times in all times of the year and times of the day/​night. Only a couple of times did I have to wait, one time it was for a pickup from LAX over 1 hour wait. But 85% of the time, a reasonable time frame. You call when you arrive, after you have your luggage, and they will get you out of there asap. Drivers are always professional, friendly and most importantly in LA traffic, safe. I’ve had the big van, the town car and only had a rattler once. Todd, Ryan and Reggie all are good guys. I wish them continued success.

I arranged to take Smart Shuttle to LAX for a flight earlier this month, as my flight was mid-​afternoon and I didn’t want to subject any of my immediate family/​friends to driving me there at that time. The driver, Mike (?), arrived at my house right on time. It was a smooth, pleasant ride to LAX and I got there with PLENTY of time to spare. Smart shuttle is a great option for anybody not wanting to drive themselves or rely on the other (VC Airporter), less reliable options for shared transport.

I was delighted to find a service that didn’t drive all over LA before they brought me home.
It was good until the time that the driver locked us out of the van before I could get my suitcase out and I had to catch my flight without it.
Then it was good again until we got the new driver who didn’t know her way around and wasn’t paying attention and took us almost to Santa Clarita before we got her turned around and headed west.
Then it continued to be good until I called from the airport with a problem and the manager on the phone said she didn’t care if she lost my business. Which I guess is good for her, because she did.

In August I had to do a weird two-​day series of flights involving both Burbank Airport and LAX. The easiest way to deal with my travel chaos was using an airport shuttle. I chose Smart Shuttle because they are a Ventura County operation (keeping those dollars as local as possible) and because they have decent ratings.
I was not disappointed. My first trip, home from Burbank, went without a hitch. The driver picked me up on time, just after I deplaned at Burbank, and the limo he drove was clean, comfortable, quiet and in good repair. He was a very nice driver, willing to talk as we drove, and I wish I could recall his name (Ryan perhaps? If you were the driver of the Burbank pickup at 10 pm on August 15 and you are reading this, you rocked it).
Very early the next morning (4 AM) I was picked up by another driver and taken to LAX. She was driving a van which I shared with two other passengers. The van was a stripped down late model vehicle, but she was a great driver, and courteous, and we got to the airport at just the right time. My flight was at 7:30 but the travel nightmare that is LAX required the full time available just to get through the TSA tunnel-​of-​hell. I’m very glad Smart Shuttle looked at my flight info and knew what time I should be picked up.
Based upon my two recent experiences, this is a well run company with professional, courteous drivers who know and do their jobs well. I will use them again for any future shuttle needs.
In a nutshell, avoid LAX if at all possible. But whether it’s LAX or Burbank Airport to which you need a ride, you can’t go wrong with Smart Shuttle.

Great service. Picked me up on time and got me to the airport quickly. It’s a really good deal from Camarillo considering a cab or car service is well over $ 100. I was referred by a friend and I would definitely refer a friend to their service.
PS my flight was 4th of July and it was really helpful that they were open on the holiday!

I used Smart Shuttle for the first time for my trip to Alaska. I was picked up on time by a very nice driver, I was early for my flight which I really appreciate, as I do get anxious about leaving early. My driver picked me up and called me to find me which I really appreciated as I was traveling alone. He loaded up the cart with my boxes & baggage and drove me home safely. I would highly recommend them to family & friends a great way to start and end a vacation.

I haven’t been very active on reviewing on Unilocal,but I have been compelled to so regarding (my) shuttle service. I have used a few different airport shuttles since moving to the «805» and have certainly been disappointed in the past.
Smart Shuttle has yet to disappoint! Their drivers are friendly and courteous. They do a great job of traversing the nastiest of 101-​to-​405 traffic. Ryan is driving me today doing a great job.
Phone staff are excellent and efficient. Lauren helped me when I called to get picked up.
Overall, 5 stars! Keep up the good work!
