History
Established in 2007.
After years of working with several companies I thought to myself, this can be done differently! I saw a need for a full design, sales and installation company for fine flooring. Not another box store or big company. Nor did I want just another installation company. The clients I serve want one skilled company to handle the entire process. No shopping around from store to store and having strange people come to install in your home. The face you begin with is the face you work with throughout the entire project!
Here in the Conejo Valley and Ventura county we have a high standard that must be kept. We have worked hard to gain experience in all aspects of flooring and wood artistry. Over the years we have put together an awesome team of positive, hard working employees that represent what tradesmen are supposed to be.

Business Owner
With 13 years of flooring experience and a lifetime in finish trades I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table far beyond flooring. With the additional trade skills such as masonry and plaster/stucco, TFT’s floors stand out from the rest. I am a perfectionist making this the ideal, artful trade for me.
The enjoyment of hardwood goes beyond floors however. I regularly have an interesting piece of furniture or wood work being made at home allowing me to sharpen my skills regularly. I love being creative in my wood work and often try to practice new techniques.
As a side project I am putting together a green home building company specializing in straw bale construction. It is an exciting way to build that I feel will be ideal to help young successful people afford a home in most any community.
