We bring over 30 years of retail furniture experience serving Ventura and Los Angeles counties in a «no pressure» friendly environment. Customers are encouraged to take the time to shop, compare and make informed decisions.

We offer the best home furnishings line of recliners and sofas made exclusively in America. We also feature crib mattresses and organic baby clothing from Under the Nile. All of our products are carefully selected from established family-​owned suppliers with proven histories of quality, reliability and value. Our products meet or exceed industry and environmental standards and certifications.

Established in 2012.

Although we have over 30 years of furniture experience, our adventure into Snoozzz Mattress began in April 2012. We are having a fantastic time and look forward to providing our community safe, healthy and natural sleep systems for many years to come.

If you think of buying a mattress as you would buying a car — you care about it a lot. Then Snoozzz Mattress is the place for you. You will meet Desiree Larson, a nice lady who knows all about the products she sells. She can explain all about the incredibly comfortable, affordable and organic beds they sell. As I said, like buying a car, you can test out each and every mattress in the place (and I suggest you do). The best thing about these mattresses is that they are made in California! Now beat that! The Owner of the store Sharon Cook is emphatic about selling superior products to suit your needs. Sharon gives personalized, excellent service and definitely goes out of her way to «deliver the goods.» This store is my kind of place and both Desiree and Sharon are all about providing excellent, professional and health conscious service!

Some of the finest customer service you will experience. I’ve purchased several pieces of furniture from Snoozzz. Sharon has consistently been a joy to work with. She is completely attentive to the customer’s needs. When I had a manufacturing issue with one of the pieces that was purchased, Sharon personally called the factory and got everything resolved to my satisfaction. She did not merely give me a phone number to call, she took action for me to save me any additional stress. I’ve referred others to Snoozzz and will continue to. What a wonderful shopping experience for someone who hates to shop, like me.

Great shopping experience. My husband and I walked in explaining that we don’t agree on mattresses, I like soft he likes firm and we rarely find one we both truly love. Sharon, let us try several of them, she tried different toppers etc. After an hour in the store with her helping but never pressuring is we found the perfect one. We are both excited to get it home.

When I walked in I was pleasantly greated by a very knowledgeable women named Sharon. Since that time two years ago I have purchased 2 more mattresses. My recent purchase was for my granddaughters first big bed. I wanted to get an organic mattress but not spend a fortune. Again her knowledge steered me to the mattress I then purchased. I got it just when they said I would. A few days later I got a thank you card from Sharon .What a surprise. The big chains don’t do that.
The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I kid you not, I was in the store for 15 minutes total. I walked in, knowing my budget and with very little knowledge of the mattress world. I’m 24, and don’t have cash laying around for this stuff. Sharon just looked at me and probably telepathically read my mind and pointed at a bed. «It’s the best bed for the best price here — if you’re on a budget. Here’s a pillow to check it out.»
And about 12 minutes later, I was signing for the bed. The bed was exactly in my budget and she made sure I didn’t go over. Came home the same day, completely accommodated for. Just stop in, you’ll be taken care of.

My experience here today was very positive and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an organic mattress or product that goes with it. I came in looking for mattress cover to replace one that had gotten decrepit, and when the cheaper option was out of stock, they gave me a deal on the fancier option. I feel like it was a very fair deal. For someone that might not look like their usual customer (I’m covered in tattoos), they treated me with the utmost respect. I would definitely give them my business again.

I love the ladies at Snoooz Mattress! Talk about low-​pressure and super helpful, I never once felt «sold to». In fact, I was a little worried about going to a mattress store vs. buying online due to the stories I’ve heard of being pressured, but instead, I received an education and felt really cared for. The mattresses Sharon sells are so carefully chosen for quality, sustainability, and earth consciousness, which made me want to support them even more! We ended up getting a Diamond Mattress, which is made locally, with amazing materials and my husband and I both agree it’s the best investment we ever made. I recommend this store without reservation!

I was dreading looking for new mattress, and kind of stumbled accidently in this store. Sharon was so kind and knowledgeable about all the products and steered us to a wonderful mattress. The store features organic materials and domestic made products. The first week on my Diamond Grandeur mattress i had overdone it and was so stiff and sore i could hardly make it up stairs to bed. I slept so well, and woke without any pain. This was a miracle as i can experince this kind of pain for days. Sharon is so sweet and never pushy. I am a nurse and have given the name of this store to my chiropractor as i strongly recommend my mattress and great care i received at Snoozzz.

I had been looking at tempurpedic type mattresses, but just could not get over the small.
On an impulse, I pulled into Snoozzz Mattress. I walked out 1 hour later having bought 2 queen sized organic mattresses, with adjustable bedframe and headboards. Sharon was very knowledgeable and passionate about her product and also very patient as I rolled from bed to bed, narrowing my best fit down.
I have had my latex /​wool /​cotton mattresses for 3 months now and I am very pleased with the purchase. The beds are comfortable and I really like the wall hugging adjustable bed frame.
We were without any beds (I was planning to sleep on the sofa), as the mattresses were being made back East and Sharon loaned us two twin size beds for 3 weeks, until our new beds came in. That was such a kind gesture and really made us feel like valued customers. I also appreciated the hand written thank you note that she sent upon completion of the sale. Truly customer focused.

Talk about easy shopping! I needed a «Bunky» board for the bottom of my son’s upper bunk bed and the first few places I called had ridiculous prices! When I phoned Snoozzz, she gave me a great price right away (no haggling… and about half of what the others were quoting me) and she allowed me to pay for it over the phone with my card and said she’d call when it came in. About a week later she phoned and she asked what car I drove and when I told her a Prius she said, oh you’re in TO so I can bring it by. So they delivered it to my doorstep! This is the kind of customer service I’d normally only find in small towns! I would definitely go here again for my mattress needs! She even sent a beautiful thank you card by post. Love them!

I searched high and low for the right mattress – and then I came to Snoozzz Mattress! I could have saved myself a ton of time and energy had I just come here first!
Sharon is amazing and patient, and she explains everything so you know what you are buying. She makes you feel like family instead of just another customer. All of her mattresses are top quality and the best price around! Her store is so clean and fresh, and I love the attention to detail in everything she does there. I plan to go back and buy her yummy pillows for all of my family for Christmas. Never before have I found such a comfortable pillow for sleeping on my side (to go with my super comfortable mattress). I have not slept this well in… well…I don’t think ever!
You cannot go wrong with a purchase from Sharon and Snoozzz mattress! Highly, highly recommend!

Snoozzz was the third organic mattress store I went to in search of a new mattress. I should have come to Snoozzz first! They have a large selection that included items in my price range, which the other stores didn’t have. Sharon, the owner, is both very nice and very knowledgable about the products she sells. I asked her what the mattress I was looking at was made of, as I did not want one made of wool. She listed all of the various materials in the mattress without having to look it up for me.
Sharon gave fabulous service both to me and to the customers I watched her help before me. I ended up with a mattress, pillow, mattress protector, and sheet set, all within my budget. The items were delivered right on time. Thank you so much Sharon!

So happy with my husbands new pillow. We have been married for 11 years and this man does NOT sleep. 1) He has major allergy problems and has had to have surgery for his deformed sinuses; 2) He is big guy and dwarfs most pillows (6’2″, 50L in suits); 3) Had part of his shoulder removed due to a motorcycle accident and sleeps on his side. With all this we just accepted that sleep wasn’t a real option. I tried to get a pillow from a bigbox store that is memory foam, contour etc but it lasted 2 min and was on the floor due to his allergies to materials.
I am not the type to normally spend significant money on something like a pillow but one of the very nice women at Snoozzz convinced me to take their sample pillows home. The one pillow did it. For the first time in 11 years my David slept so hard that nothing could wake him up. After 3 nights of this I went and got him the pillow. Best money ever spent on trying to get this man comfortable. I have never spent more than $ 35 on a pillow. I spent a little over $ 200 on this one but seeing as how he usually spends $ 40 a week on the chiropractor and another $ 150 on the occasional massage I am now conviced that the price was well worth it. Not to mention this guy works 12 –13 hours a day and deserves some decent sleep! He hasn’t mentioned having to go to the chiropractor for over a week nor has he complained about a headache. Also, no funny smell to this pillow. I’m not normally an organic fanatic but this pillow flipped me to the other side. I am in love with organic bedding now. I will be back in the store for sure in the near future to replace my bedding one bit at a time.

My bed frame recently broke at night right before bed. Grrr! I knew I needed to get a new one ASAP, and Snoozzz Mattress was close to my job so I headed there after work. Marcia is the sweetest lady! She was super helpful and informative about all their products. She even helped me put the box in my car. A couple days letter I got a handwritten thank you card from her! I highly recommend this place to anyone, and ask for Marcia!

I have recently purchased a couple of mattresses at Snoozzz Mattress and I have to say I am very satisfied with the customer services provided by Sharon. I have been looking around for a good and affordable mattress but couldn’t find anything that fit the bill (comfort and price). Snoozzz Mattress offers a very inviting environment. Unlike the smell that you often experience at other mattress stores, the air here is fresh and you can definitely notice the different.
I was greeted fairly quickly and after telling Sharon what I wanted, she immediately knew what I was looking for. I am surprised that the price was a lot less than what I had anticipated for a natural mattress.
I would definitely recommend Snoozzz Mattress and hope to do more business with the store in the future.

I have experienced one of a few true WOW moment with Sharon!!! She really means it to give customer 100% satisfaction.
She would take the merchandise, which might not be in re-​sale condition, back on her own cost if customer is not 100% satisfied. I’m still speechless when I think of what she did to give me a wonderful customer experience. Her service is truly above and beyond!

I purchased a queen mattress from the store last month, really pleased with the experience and store staff’s attentive assistance to help me find a high quality mattress before Thanksgiving.
While I was looking to upgrade, fed up with confusing information on mattress branding, material, and pricing at chain stores, I did some search online for local stores carrying organic mattress, Snoozzz was on top of the list. As i stepped in, I was delighted to find the store is very inviting, brightly lit, with top brands well displayed, certainly not your average dungeon like claustrophobic so called mattress warehouse. More importantly all models and accessories are carefully selected with many locally manufactured.
During my initial and a few followup visits, Sharon gave me and my family very warm greeting, patiently asked my expectation, provided detailed information on various models, and left plenty of time for me to test and decide. I also bought a pillow that provided good support for my head, really helped to release the tension on my neck & shoulder during sleep.
It is a new experience for me I certainly gained more insight and faith in local business.
