Okay here is my story:
About 10 years ago I bought one of the Lifeform office chairs from this store. After about 7 years I noticed that the leather was beginning to crack on the arms. I bought some conditioner and tried to massage the arms back into shape. Not much luck the arms continued to crack. Then I noticed that the seat was beginning to do the same thing. I finally contacted the store and talked to Paula who contacted Lifeform. They replaced the seat and the arms on the chair after all that time. Paula was wonderful and followed up the entire time. It is nice to have such great customer service these days.

Once again I travelled to the Thousand Oaks store rather than the Tarzana store, which is much closer to me. The manager there, Paula, is extremely helpful and comes up with fabulous solutions for my back and neck pain. I have great confidence in the service and attitude here!
