I found her from a referral and have been going to her for 4 years. Excellent colorist and amazing haircuts. I have a hard to get in-​between strawberry blonde color and Brittany nails it like no other colorist I’ve tried. The color she uses lasts a long time and my results end up looking even better a month or two in. I have thick and long hair and she’s especially good with this type of hair.
She spends a lot of time talking to you to see what you really want. And she lets you know if what you’re asking for is realistic for your hair type. This is really important because I want to walk away happy. If it turns out something didn’t work out she will fix it no questions asked.
It is such a struggle to find a great stylist that takes the time to listen to you and consider what is best for YOU. I am so happy to wake up with a good hair day almost every day and people are always complimenting my hair and asking where I got it done. Brittany is your woman!

The last time I went in for highlights (partial) it was with Gloria. First of all I had to wait 30 min. She was running behind. I wanted her to do more streaks and a lighter blonde. First she totally messed up on my blonde. It was yellow. So she re-​did it and it was better but my streaks were all messed up! I had one big brown streak. All in all it was a very poor job! Don’t book with her!

Penny is just amazing. My sexy style wouldn’t be complete without her help. In fact, my fiancé won’t let anyone else touch my hair except Penny. Excellent men’s hair cut. She is a professional with a wonderful personality. I highly recommend her.

Best Haircut ever since Salon M2, but thats in Charlotte and finally people I have found my new Stylist in Thousand Oaks.
Great things come in 3’s. I met Sam (Skin is Love) who did an amazing job on my eyelash extensions! I have already referred 2 additional people to her. Since Sam was so amazing I asked her if she could recommend a great hair stylist as I have been struggling to find someone local that I love. She recommended Anette at Salon of the Oaks.
I could not be happier. My hair looks AMAZING. I will post a pic soon. She cut my hair, put in a full foil of highlights on my black hair and it was exactly what I wanted and have been wanting for son long. Its been such a struggle to find a great stylist that takes the time to listen and recreates what I show her and makes me look and feel like a million bucks. I felt so renewed and sexy after my haircut. I have a 5 month old at home so I am being patient while I lose the baby weight but this haircut makes me feel amazing! THANK YOU Anette! I will be back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!
I get my hair done by Brittany who does the absolute BEST job at a full blonde weave. She makes it look absolutely perfect color wise, and I can show her any picture of a hair cut and she makes it look BETTER than the picture I showed her.
As for my nails, I go to Leslee who is also AMAZING. She is the sweetest person and we’re able to talk up a storm the entire time I get my nails done and she always does a fabulous job!
Highly recommend this salon for all services!

For a professional Colorist this is the place. Penny is the best at Coloring, weaving, cutting and styling. I always leave there feeling beautiful. My daughters and I have been going to her for at lease 10 years and we have never been disappointed. The overall environment is upbeat and pleasant. I used to have different hairdressers and not one knew how to feather nor weave properly until my mom told me about penny she is an AMAZING ARTIST. She really knows what she is doing so if you want perfection go to penny. I give her a ten star rating.

I have been having my hair cut by Penny for approximately16 years now. I first had my hair cut by her when she was with another salon. She also cut my daughter’s hair starting from when they were still in a stroller. When she went to Salon of the Oaks, we followed her over there. My daughter’s are 21 and 19 now and none of us have had a haircut by anyone else in all of those years. My daughter’s refuse to have anyone else cut their hair and will wait until they are home on break to get an appointment with Penny. Needless to say, we love Penny and the work that she does!

I LOVE Salon at the Oaks and Penny Tutini one of their stylists who knows her stuff. I get great cuts and colors every time. Penny is amazing at her work! The staff at the Salon is professional, courteous, and helpful too. It’s just a great place!

I was looking for a reputable salon with someone who does Shellac using CND products and not Gelish or some other gel. I have found out from experience that many of the local cheaper nail shops claim they use CND, but change the polish in the bottles and they never last as long. I am so happy I found Caroline at Salon of the Oaks through the CND website when I searched for Shellac Certified Salons. I would highly recommend Caroline as she does a fantastic job!!!
