Other reviews were accurate and I should’ve listen. I asked for a trim for my daughter and the girl there cut her chin length bands half off without asking. I only look down to find my phone. All happened too soon. My poor baby can’t do perfect bun for her ballet class anymore. The rest of the hair cut were choppy and uneven. Do yourself a favor spend $ 5 more and go to Supercut or FS. This place is not worth it. I wouldn’t go even if it was Free!

I now have a judgement against Ms. Tello & her beauty salon. When I went to her salon for a TRIM, I had long hair that I could sit on. Now my hair is cut into a point in the back and I have to shoulder length shelves on either side of my face. All I wanted was a TRIM!!! Rachel does not care about her clients at all. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. I will be dedicating a FB page to my experience with pics and vidoes. I will also be distributing fliers about my experience in Simi and Thousand Oaks. I will show Rachel the same consideration she has shown me. This is now my mission. Look for my fliers and FB page!!!

Save yourself the aggravation and bad hair cut experience — DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! All I wanted was a TRIM and i got butchered.

Honestly, above all I couldn’t beat the price. I’ve always seen the $ 10 haircut sign passing by, but today I decided I wanted a 1 – 2 inch haircut. So I came here and they didn’t look too busy so I walked in. I don’t remember her name but she’s young with long black hair, she was at that first station and greeted me. I sat down and told her I wanted to cut my hair about 1 – 2 inches. A few minutes in with my haircut I ask her how much it would be to straighten my hair. $ 30 I’ll take it :) she did a great job cutting and straightening my curly hair. Will most definitely be back. Can’t beat that price. 40 for both, ohh yeah :))

I went to get a basic long layer haircut the onwer helped me and i only know that cause she had her daughter there i went in about 10 min after they opened. She was very cold not inviting AT ALL it was my first time there so i tired to have small talk about my hair due to me dying it deep red but she was just literally doing her job! Then her 9 yr old daughter was the one who charged me and nobody said goodbye have a nice day or even hope to see you soon. To me that’s rude in so many ways because its her business and customer service. not going back

Rachel knows her stuff, gave me an awesome haircut, touch up and everything was done in a timely manner. As a new customer she made me feel very comfortable and her confidence was reassuring. Her shop is very clean and the shop is only 15 minutes away from my home. Ladies if you are looking for a haircut or color, trust me, this is the place to go.
