Specialties
Whether your yard needs a small installation, or a complete renovation, Native Concepts’ owner, Stephen Shea, designs each project to enhance our clients’ enjoyment of their outdoor space. Stephen holds both a landscape and general contractor’s license (CA Lic. # B-C27 527 076) to afford our clients the advantage of working with one team from design through construction. Stephen is a «hands-on» guy — so he is physically there — working on the job — until the project’s completion.
History
Established in 1985.
Steve Shea established Native Concepts after graduating from UC Berkeley. Steve’s love of the outdoors inspires him to create inviting gardens and outdoor living environments suited to the Southern California climate. In 1988, Steve obtained a general contractor’s license in order to allow Native Concepts to expand its services to include all facets of landscape construction. After twenty-five years located in Malibu, Native Concepts recently moved to Thousand Oaks, where we aim to establish ourselves as the premier landscape, design, and construction company in the Conejo Valley.
