Brian has been providing Mac computer service since 1990 and has personally performed over 7,000 field service calls. Before migrating to beautiful Agoura Hills, he built a large clientele throughout the four counties of Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Riverside county. Brian majored in electrical engineering and made the Dean’s list with a 4.0 average. He left college early to design and built the main recording console used by Paramount Recording Studios in Hollywood on which he engineered numerous number one records for Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Donna Summers, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, and many others. Brian designed and built five 24 track recording studios and control rooms. After selling Paramount, he founded his service company to pursue his strong interest in the blossoming computer industry and enjoys supporting the amazing and ever ongoing advancements in the industry.

I was happy to find an Apple computer repair center so close to downtown Thousand Oaks. I spoke with the owner, Brian, at length before dropping off my iMac and we decided on a course of action, and a cost ceiling I was comfortable with. The computer in question was 8 years old, and would not be worth spending much to repair, so Brian agreed to recover my files to an external back up and do what he could to repair it within the cost parameters.
Although he spent at least 2 ½ hours working on the machine, including recovering everything to an external drive, Brian honored his quote of $ 95. We had a good long chat about the computer I was buying to replace the iMac, and he provided some good insights.
Brian’s locations are both just drop off spots, in mail stop shops. That was quite convenient for me and when Brian had a question about the computer he contacted me promptly. He was very friendly, and informative – unlike the stereotypical IT professional (just kidding).
I worked as an Apple computer professional for many years, in a «previous incarnation,» (LOL) and I found Brian’s knowledge to be solid, and well founded. He is an excellent communicator, which is a plus when dealing with technical issues. All in all, I felt I got very good value for my money, and I highly recommend Brian to be your new Apple tech support.

Spilled a bottle of nail polish remover into the keyboard of my Macbook Pro — Apple said it couldn’t be fixed. Brian fixed it for a few hundred well spent dollars and saved me from having to buy a new $ 1500 laptop. He is amazing!

Just called to ask a question about my Mac computer. I wanted to avoid waiting in Apple Store. Brian wanted me to put the question in one sentence and said he doesn’t have time to talk about the problems i was having with my MacBook. Taking my computer to the Apple Store instead of getting lectured on how I don’t know much about computer. I mean isn’t this the reason I called him in the first place?

Brian was super honest and straightforward with me. Coulda looked at my computer for 30 seconds and charged me $ 75 for a $ 5 fix, instead directed me straight to the $ 5 fix so I could do it myself. Will definitely be going to him from now on. Worth the 40 minute drive. But definitely call first.

Brian is amazing. I’ve had my IMac since 2009 and literally thought I might have to buy a new one. It was so slow and acting strange. Brian repaired my IMac within a few days, updated the hard drive, speed and cleaned it up for me. It basically runs like the day I got it. He’s trustworthy, reliable.

It is easy to tell that Brian is a trustworthy and honest guy. He is very easy to talk to and very knowledgable of Apple computers. He told me that my Macbook Pro, which was barely running and crashing all of the time, would be as fast as it was on the first day I bought it, and he stood true to his word. Even when he hit a roadblock, he was able to contact someone who knew how to fix the problem (my macbook was really messed up). I paid a little more than I was expecting, and I think he had a few other projects at the time, so it took 3 days to get my computer back. I will absolutely return to Brian if I ever have issues again and have already referred him to a few people!

My Mac Air was a mess. Running slow, applications were crashing and I was at my wits end. I called Brian the day before Thanksgiving and he had me up and running right away. He is professional, super knowledgable and meticulous. He returned my Mac to me and it is now running fast and efficiently (and he even cleaned it for me). Brian is awesome! I left for a business trip and my MacBook Pro was working and when I returned it wasn’t and my roommates had nothing to say on the matter. I took it to Brian after reading all the Unilocal Praise and was not disappointed! He was professional, efficient, and effective. I admit I was nervous at first, since I was handing it off at a mail center but my Mac works faster and better than before! He also offers a warranty for his services! My dad somehow managed to fry his hard drive on his iMac. Brian promptly met me at my office, diagnosed the issue, and with a quick turnaround had repaired everything. You have found the best of the best computer services. Brian provides the most efficient and thorough investigation of all Mac problems on all Mac products. He connected my wireless printer to my Mac laptop, then went to work clearing out all of the debris in my 2007 Mac, updated all of the software, and even used some of his own software to install and speed up the performance of the computer.
Brian is a courteous, warm and friendly man who I will be calling on whenever I buy any new Mac product. My computer now runs at lightening speed. Thank you, Brian.

Brian saved my whole photography business when another computer repair place deleted all my programs and files. I was in a full panic with over 300 clients photos missing along with all my programs. I begged Brian to help me, having found him online, and he came over that night! It took awhile, but he managed to get everything back, and upgraded my computer so it now works better than ever. Service is always amazing, and he is a wizard with macs. I can’t thank him enough for saving my photography business from disaster. His prices are very fair. He’s a lifesaver!
