I have recently used Fisher Plumbing for a re-​pipe of my whole house. I am extremely pleased with the work done. Frank and Julio were professional, efficient, courteous and considerate. While doing the re-​pipe they encountered a plumbing problem and brought it to my attention. At my request they immediately took care of it rather than reschedule for another time. I have used Fisher plumbing in the past, including sewer replacement. Their cleanup is so good that when they leave you can’t tell they have been there. I highly recommend Fisher Plumbing as an honest and reliable plumbing company.

They were running late and called to tell me, and asked if another day would be ok since it would be after their normal hours, and I stated we had a mainline plug and really needed it cleaned. With no hassle they said no problem they would be out as soon as they were finished. The two guys that came were great, explained everything, figured out the problem by camera down the clean outs, got it fixed along with another small issue. Gave me recommendations on how to truly solve the problem since there were roots in the line and I could see them clearly in the camera. After all of that they gave me the price, and it was less than the price that another plumber quoted me just to diagnose the issue with the camera… Then they quoted me for the trenchless main sewer line replacement, which was about half of what I was expecting it would be. Needless to say these guys have won a customer.

Having a plumbing problem is not a fun way to start your day … but calling Fisher Plumbing was a move in the right direction. I called them and was told since we had never used them before that they offered a $ 49.00 service call.
Alberto, who was extremely knowledgeable provided fast & friendly service. He explained the problem and took care of it in no time at all. Gave us a few suggestions to keep things moving in the right direction. Don’t hesitate to call Fisher Plumbing — Honest & reliable!

I have used Fisher plumbing for both residential and commercial settings and have had an incredibly positive experience overall. It can be difficult to schedule larger projects right away because they are very busy (however, a good sign of great work!)
Most recently I was experiencing plumbing issues in a restaurant sewer line. I had a $ 20,000 estimate from Mr. Rooter, a $ 9,700 estimate from a smaller competitor, and finally Paul Fisher, who determined the issue wasn’t even within the building, it was located right at the city portion of the sewer line. This means potentially $ 0 cost to fix the issue — only time spent dealing with the city of beverly hills-​which hasn’t been so bad I must say. Of the three camera inspections I had, Paul was the only one who recorded, and offered detailed insight into what the other plumbers described as emergency fixes — though now I know it was not the case.
Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and very transparent with figuring out a solution for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Fisher Plumbing before anyone else now.

In this case, the Unilocal reviews really aren’t an exaggeration. I highly recommend Fisher Plumbing. I’ve dealt with many plumbers for various properties and there are many personalities to a plumber, some sit at home and only work when they want, others play the knowledge game and overcharge for labor/​parts, and then you have the plumbers that just get the job done.
Fisher Plumbing was easy to work with from the beginning. Every time I called their office, there was a friendly rep on the phone to help, and our plumber Frank and his assistant Julio were extremely professional.
I initially called Fisher Plumbing because the water valve in the wall that feeds water to the fridge had stopped working. Frank came out the next day and checked the valve and fitting, stating that because the wall had to be removed and the pipe cut and welded to repair, the job was not going to be a quick fix.
At the time I opted against fixing the valve and Frank understood, no fee for the visit or the quote. Well after a few days of having to buy water bottles since we have become so accustomed to filtered water from the fridge, I called Fisher plumbing back to setup the appointment.
When Frank and Julio came over to fix the valve, they were prepared, and since I had spoken to them on the phone prior about our water pressure regulator, they replaced that as well. Both jobs were completed within 2 hours of their arrival and I was impressed by how clean they kept everything on a rainy day, they even patched the part of the wall that was removed for the installation.

Repaired the leak, but scratched the faucet. Out to switch out the scratched part, but now it is the wrong technician. Now I have to wait another 2 hours for the next plumber to come.

I have found Fisher Plumbing to be very reliable and honest in working with them this past year. I am a Realtor in town and own several rental properties and they have done many repairs from as small ones like installing ice maker valves, re sealing sinks, replacing pressure regulators, to the large jobs such as doing sewer inspections for my clients homes. They have always been on time and once Paul even came out to the rescue on very short notice which was so much appreciated! I would strongly recommend Fisher Plumbing to my friends, neighbors, and clients and will continue to use them for my homes! Thank you Paul and always a pleasure to work with you!

They do okay work. However, they say free estimates and then have hidden costs. Don’t expect the manager who only works twice a week to return your phone calls.

We were having some slow drainage issues throughout the house, but nothing major. Over time, the slow drainage went to practically stopped. This included bathroom sinks, bathtub, kitchen sink, and shower. There was also a leak at the cold water valve under one of the bathroom sinks. Water hammer was extreme, and I was concerned our pressure reducer was not working. Fisher Plumbing came highly referred by another professional plumber who we have worked with before. When we described our problem, he had no hesitation to recommend Fisher.
Antonio arrived 15 minutes before the start of the three-​hour window we were given — a very unusual occurrence these days. In no time, he was assessing the situation and got right to work. Antonio was polite, professional, patient, and extremely thorough in his tasks. He paid great attention to detail and went the extra mile to make adjustments as needed to make sure the job was perfect. One pipe was loose, so he created a vertical bracket and then strapped it to the wall. Not required, but he wanted to do the job right. After 3 ½ hours of hard work, the entire job was done. Every drain had been snaked, from sink to street. New plumbing was installed under two sinks, with attention to every detail. The broken pressure reducer (as expected) was replaced and tested. What a relief. With the peace of mind I now have from the work Antonio did, the invoice was worth every penny and then some. It’s a worthwhile investment in the infrastructure of our home. Quality counts and we received top-​notch service tonight. I will return to use Fisher Plumbing without hesitation. And I will be sure to request Antonio. He is the type of employee every business hopes to have representing them out in public. Great job!

With a houseful of Thanksgiving guests taking showers, using toilets, etc. we desperately needed help when things started overflowing. One call to Paul sent Tony to our house and to the rescue. He was very respectful of our house being careful to put booties on as he walked on the carpet. He took care of our problem without messing the house up, got all our plumbing flowing again and made arrangements for Paul to come the next day to further assess the problem with the camera. Paul came the next day and was honest in his assessment of our situation and extremely helpful in giving me a long term look at the plumbing in my house. Service can’t get better than that!

Don’t use them if you actually want them to show up anywhere near the quoted time. They will have excuse after excuse. Will not be using them again which is a shame as they used to be great and seemed to actually care. NOT ANYMORE!

Update on previous review about incident with Fisher Plumbing… After my review on Unilocal,I received a call from Paul Fisher (owner). He apologized for the incident, said he was completely unaware of what happened and why. Not sure why his staff did what they did and why he was not notified about it. Because of this incident, he was making huge changes in his office staff & process. The issue should not have to come to this point, he listened to me and understood completely why I wrote the review. We spoke for 10 – 15 mins about the issue and what he’s doing to fix it. He refunded the amount for 1 toilet replacement, and asked me to keep his business in mind the future for any plumbing needs, provided me with his cell number. I’m glad that he called and clarify the issue, hopefully with the changes he made in his office, will prevent this type of incident from happening to others.

Unless you are a plumber yourself, it’s really hard to know whether you are getting a straight answer from a plumbing contractor. I own several rental properties, so I am starting to get a sense of what things cost, what needs (or does not need) to be done with plumbing work.
I called another plumbing company at first. They took me for a ride. I decided to get a second opinion from Fisher Plumbing. They solved the problem at a fraction of the cost because they were not upselling me like the other company did.
So far, they appear very ethical and competent… and I don’t say this lightly.

I originally called another plumber to do a same day replacement of our leaking water heater. When I checked the reviews of that company, I saw a recommendation for Fisher Plumbing. I’m so glad we called this company for service as they were half the price of the other company, far more professional and so honest with their quote. We replaced a water heater and the gentleman went above and beyond to help us with this same day service. We will definitely call them again should we need plumbing service of my kind. Highly recommended.

Fisher Plumbing sent Antonio out to to my commercial plumbing work. He started the job on a Saturday and even offered to finish on Sunday (which was also Father’s Day). The job was fully complete by Monday. He was friendly, respectful and kept my shop nice and clean. We are new tenants in an industrial complex and the management was very happy the water to the building was shut off on the weekend instead of the week during business hours.
Fisher Plumbing also had the best price BY FAR for the job. Another plumber quoted $ 12,000 for the exact same job Fisher did for under $ 3,000.

I wrote a review a week ago exactly from today and I have a fantastic update. I received a call from the owner himself about my issue and complaint from the last service. Unfortunately the call went straight to voice mail as I was busy at the time and could not speak with Paul directly. But he did leave me a very detailed message regarding EVERYTHING that I was concerned about.
The first thing that impressed me was that Paul acknowledged that we’ve used his services many times. I was appreciative that he took the time to research all our invoices and track the money that I’ve spent.
Secondly he agreed that parts and labor should be written up on customer invoices so as not to confuse anyone on what they are paying for. This I appreciate greatly.
Overall, Paul gave me exactly what I was looking for: a plumber that I can trust, rely on, and takes great care of their repeated customers.
I’m a business owner as well and I can honestly say the impact of an owner calling is huge. It shows massive amounts of gratitude and integrity.

I just wanted to give Tony at Fisher Plumbing a «shout out» for doing a great job for us. We called Fisher yesterday to give us a main line cleaning, and they had time the same day. Tony was on time and took care of the main line with no problem. The issue came when we asked him to work on the kitchen drain. It ended up being difficult to clear but Tony kept at it until it was done. And, was friendly and positive throughout. So, thank you so much for all your help and effort on our behalf. Would happy recommend Fisher Plumbing to all.

They are probably one of the most honest plumbers I’ve encountered.
Long story short, I requested to have a gasket replaced that my boyfriend thought needed replacement. I spoke to two plumbing companies that were going to charge me $ 250 and $ 195 to replace the gasket, in addition to caulking the bathroom tile. I thought it was too much and contacted Fisher Plumbing after a friend recommended them to me. A plumber came out and told me the gasket was in good condition and didn’t need replacement. He then installed a shower head that needed to be installed, that I was going to try to do on my own, and didn’t charge me. It only took him a few minutes and some plumbing tape, but he could have charged me and ripped me off if he had wanted to. But, Fisher Plumbing is obviously honest.
I will definitely use them again, and again!

I am a Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices at the Westlake Village Office. I have a listing for sale in the Trentwood Townhome in Sherwood CC. It went into escrow and the buyer had the home inspection. During the inspection we found that the sewer line was blocked and we had water back flowing into the downstairs shower and toilet with water running everywhere onto the hardwood floors. We soaked up the water with towels and the inspector gave me Paul Fisher Plumbing phone number. I called and Paul immediately answered and came out the next day with his camera scope and discovered that the blockage was in front of the house and identified the exact spot of the blockage in the sewer line going out to the main sewer line and made a thumb drive of his results. He had his crew out that same day and verified the blockage. Vinny Jr. was the main repair man with Jeremy was his assistant. They dug up the front of flower bed and found the broken pipe full of tree roots and gunk. They replaced the broken pipe within a couple of hours, did another camera scope and showed me through video screen that the sewer was clear and water flowing freely into the main line. They refilled the flower bed and it was like new again. Very polite, professional young men who left the job with everything back in it’s place. The next morning Paul Fisher came out, did another camera scope and a new thumb drive to show that the sewer line was clear and water was flowing clearly into the main line. They were life savers for me and my sellers and buyer. We are closing next week right on schedule. I would highly recommend Paul Fisher and his crew when you really need to find an expert with clogged plumbing. Thank you Paul for your quick response and professional service.
