Our trainers format each class to progressively challenge all muscle groups and maximize calorie burn. No plateaus here! Based on our proven methodology, this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is guaranteed to deliver results. Each Burn 60 class is divided into treadmill cardio intervals and strength resistance training. Burn at your own pace. Every workout offers modified levels of walking, jogging or running complimented by targeted floor work using weights, bands, kettle bells, suspension training and other training equipment. Every class is different; a unique session to meet your individual fitness goals.
