Rich, the service advisor who handled my claim, and I had a miscommunication as I had two repairs (one to be handled by insurance and one that was to be done at the same time (to save removal and reinstallation costs). When I picked up the car, I noticed the additional work had not been done and was not a happy camper! I was looking at paying for the R&R charges again.
To the shop’s credit, they took care of the additional job all in one day and did not charge me a penny for their extra work. I was extremely impressed and happy! This shop treats customers as the valuable commodity they are. I will certainly use them again for all my body shop needs…

It’s been a long time since I’ve had vehicle body work service work done and I am pleased to say that this is the best experience to date.
In fact I can’t remember any auto repair that was more pleasant. Updates on status every day and delivered ahead of schedule.

Very friendly staff, went in to get my door fixed told me it would take 3 days it only took them two days. My door looked brand new when they were done. I brought it in dirty when I picked it up it was washed, they even cleaned the inside. I highly recommend them 100% !!!

So unhappy, they had my car for a week longer than they said they would, and when I got it back not only had they gone through my car but things were missing. Also the interior of my car is beige and they dirtied up the whole inside! Covered in black oily finger prints. When I called to complain they said they didn’t want to «point fingers» about my missing items and said id have to pay for a detail. F that.

I was very pleased with the work done on my car after my accident. They blew me away not only was it done right but they completed it in less then a week. I’ve used other body shops in the past. Brought my car in for a door repair and got a call two hours later telling me my bumper was cracked. I went there and sure enough they cracked it trying to remove it.
The walk around documentation before I left shows no cracks, the girl who did the examinations saw no cracks and the photo they took when the estimate was done disappeared. They had a photo showing the crack taken two hours after I left it.
This Allstate owned facility tried to charge me an extra 150.00 for their poor craftsmanship.
I would avoid this one at all costs. Dishonesty and poor craftsmanship has never been a good policy.
I will address this with Allstate complaints.

Unfortunately, I had an accident and need to have my car repaired. I went to Sterling for repairs to the rear end of my car. Very friendly and they fixed my car perfectly.
In and out quickly and they repaired the car for the amount I got from the insurance company. Actually, they got it finished earlier than I thought they would.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Also you can get a rental car right there if you need one.
