Yesterday, I experienced the worst customer service from the man that works here and also lives on the property. He was unhelpful and rude. Told me I could come pick my stuff up and move out of the storage unit. Long story short. We changed a cc and called to pay over the phone. My advice shop around and read your Unilocal

I just called a few minutes ago to inquire about their storage units for a move I am making in a month or so. The lady offered to make a reservation and I said not for now since I wasn’t sure when exactly I am moving and she just said ‘ok, bye.’ and hung up the phone. Made my decision clear about this company.

If there was an option for zero stars I would pick that one. I don’t have a storage but was renting a Penske truck. The man and women in the office was very rude. Horrible customer service. I am very disappointed after seeing the big banner about helping veterans. I am a veteran and they weren’t very helpful. Avoid at all cost.
