I’m going to take a chance and say that the people that complain about long drive thru lines haven’t been to Freddy’s much. They always take a little bit longer to cook their food(because they actually cook it), so if you’re used to breezing through McDonalds in 2 minutes, you’ll probably be frustrated. Having said that, I’m really stoked there is a new Freddy’s right near me. While I’m not a huge fan of their small shoestring fries, their steak burgers are the and even their hot dogs are delicious. The food is always hot and good, and the staff is super friendly. Well worth checking out.

Waited, waited, and waited for melted ice cream. Manager offered to remake it, but didn’t want to wait another 18 minutes. Also, the tables are so close together that you better watch out, or you will get hit as your neighbor puts their coat on.

Drive thru is always lined up about 10 cars and trucks deep — so clearly I had to check it out. It happened to be lunch time, Saturday, after a big night on the town.(Read hungover.) Burgers and fries and a coney dog for the group to share. Good fries with a nice blend of seasoning, soft buns and the burgers — a little skinny — but crispy edged and served hot — were good. Service was friendly and that goes a long way. Hot dog I will pass on and wait until there is a Midwestern hot dog shoppe up here.

Freddy’s oh Freddy’s. I really wanted to like this place because it was something new and I assumed it’d be convenient. Totally wrong. We came about a week after they opened so expected some bumps and a wait because they were still getting into the swing of things it felt like. Here I am two months later coming up disappointed on a Wednesday afternoon. 12:16 I drove right up to the order box and was greeted right away but felt rushed. I ordered a #1 with chili cheese fries. Simple. But then comes the wait… It’s a burger joint, I would never wait this long at a complete stop at any other fast food places for just a burger, fries with some chili cheese and a drink. I could also get it for less than $ 11 elsewhere. 12:30 came around and I was debating getting out of line because I seriously wasn’t moving. Flipped a coin and it told me to stay. Finally got my food at 12:43. Drove off and reached for my fork and my fries because that’s what I was most excited for. But oh what do you know? No chili on my fries and also no fork. After 30 minutes?! What were they doing the whole time?! Besides letting my Dr. Pepper sit there and get watered down. I was left to get cheesy fingers like an animal and end up disappointed. I think I’ve given them enough chances. Get it together, Freddy’s

Great food but the drive through takes 20 – 40 minutes every time. I have never been to a Freddy’s that takes so long to get food out the window. If you can come here and eat inside, great. If you’re hoping for fast food, skip it.

Great fresh food. These are my favorite burgers and my favorite fries. Happy to have one close to home now :) hopefully they can keep this one going good.

Pulled up to order at the drive through, were greated, then ignored. While we were waiting for someone to take our order, another car pulled up to the other ordering box, ordered and drove ahead. When we were finally acknowledged again, she was VERY rude. Then we waited 25 minutes in the drive through with only one car ahead of us. Two other cars in line behind us pulled out of the line and left. Management, figure it out.

Had a bacon & cheese double steak burger with fries. So good but my husband had to finish it for me. Their fries a very thin but I feel have a lot of flavor. I really like Freddys, it’s now more expensive than Wendys. Costs us about 20 bucks for eat at both places

Avoid the drive through unless you enjoy sitting for 20 minutes in your car waiting for a burger

I have tried both the grilled chicken sandwich and double bacon cheeseburger. Both were very good but you can tell they’re known for their burgers. I love the cheese fries! The chili is a bit too tomato-y for my taste. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite large. Even the kids meals were big, could easily feed an adult. The restaurant was very clean and very busy during dinner. They have a lot of employees and everyone we interacted with was nice. I’m impressed with their speed and accuracy during opening week. Usually it takes a while to work out the kinks of a new restaurant but the staff all seemed very well trained. This is the closest I’ll get to an In-N-Out in Colorado and I plan to continue coming here for a good burger.

40 minutes and still waiting for our order. The food may be good but not worth the wait.

The place was really good. I really enjoyed the burger, but for so many people working at once you would think one person could clean off the tables. There were employees walking the restaurant to make sure everyone was doing ok and picking up the empty baskets but not one wiped a table down or swept. We wiped our table down but had fries all over the floor. I would give it 5 stars but the restaurant was filthy.

Went there on a Sunday night. It was packed. Waited about 40 mins for our food and it was ok. Super salty. I work at the orchard and would probably go to mooyah instead

Went through drive through, the girl couldn’t get my order right, #7 no pickles, no onion. Relatively simple. I tried several times to correct the order, wasn’t happening. Went somewhere else. Didn’t give them another chance to butcher the order. Was looking forward to trying Freddy’s. Not anymore.

We waited in the drive threw for over a half hour with only 2 cars in front of us– the food was cold. And just got home and they didn’t give us HALF our order!!! Unreal

Not horrible, not great. There at the height of lunch rush, so not concerned about the wait, but when we got our food the burgers were cold and you could tell dried out a bit a they had that dry look. Not sure how they come off cold when you’re that busy. First time at a Freddy’s and not a great impression. Fries are great though, I love shoestring fries. I’ll give it another shot because the actual taste was good and probably update after that.

VERY slow drive through! There were 7 cars in front of us and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window. No apology or thanks for waiting from the employee at the window. I hope the speed of service improves after they have been open for a while.
