Great place to purchase a vehicle, with non-​commissioned experience guides. Cutting edge! 600 plus vesicles to see. Complimentary car wash for life of the vehicle with any purchase. No haggle, fair market prices with no hidden fees, and no dealer and handling. Great community room you can use for free. Very open and transparent service.

I don’t recommend buying a car from here. I haven’t even put 5000 miles on my car and I have already had to put $ 3000 in repair. Things that Echopark said they fixed or had been tested and was good to go. Clearly it was a lie. I will never buy a car for my company or self from here again and will tell all my friends never to buy a car from here. I guess even a big name like Echopark like to scam customers. Thanks Echopark.

We bought our new truck there yesterday. Over all we had a very positive experience. We worked with Craig in the sales process.
After much research the no haggle sales price was fair and we received an excellent price on our trade.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, the processing and paperwork portion took a LONG time. Be prepared for a wait.

Excellent service, fair price, cool atmosphere to buy a car. If you want stress free car buying experience then I recommend EchoPark. I hate car dealerships but had heard about EchoPark’s no pressure buying so we wanted to check it out. Our sales rep Scott was pretty chill and let my wife test drive as many cars as she wanted. Their key system was awesome as the sales rep didn’t have to keep going inside to get the keys. Pricing was on par with other dealerships, could we have found cheaper??? Maybe, maybe not. The paperwork process for the car we bought was simple just had to do a couple electronic signatures on an iPad and couple other paper signatures and we were golden. Like I said I hate buying cars but not from EchoPark we definitely will buy our next car there.

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE. We went and looked near closing time and found lots of cars we liked compared 2 at the same price and were planning on purchasing one. We decided to wait from Tuesday night closing to Friday morning to test drive because of the holiday. The car we had picked, increased over $ 4000. EXACT CAR. We knew the damage on the inside and all the ins and outs of it and proved it to them without even seeing the car. They told us we were lying and that unless we had a picture of the price a few days before that there was nothing they could do they had not changed it. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they are liars and thieves. Please take your business elsewhere, their prices are also a little higher no matter what they tell you. Please do your research.
