Our favorite burger restaurant!!! We know exactly how we want our burgers cooked and dressed. They are perfect every time!

Pretty good food. My faves are ahi tuna and alpine chicken/the dreamland. Their sweet potato fries are the best when they’re cooked right. The prices are high, but it definitely ain’t no mcdonalds. It’s nice that they have a drive-thru, too!

Counter service, unlimited soft drinks, wine and beer, large uncovered patio. Secluded location, arguably the best hamburgers and fries in the Houston. Kid-sized burger meal is enough for most adults.

We hadn’t been here before so we decided to try it for lunch. For a burger, fries and a chicken salad(both got tap water to drink) our bill came out to $ 27. I have a hard time paying $ 14 for a grilled chicken salad at a restaurant with table service, so this was really hard to take. For a place where you order at the counter, and get a pager to pick up your food when it’s ready, I thought that $ 27 was a little much to spend. The restaurant isn’t very nice and kind of looks gross in the kitchen from what I could see from the counter. With that said, the Kirby salad and the burger were both good, but I don’t think they were good enough for the price we paid. I don’t think we’ll go back unless the prices change.

Simple place with very good chili and burgers. Healthy eaters can get a salad. Salads are surprisingly good. Guacamole is also very nice. Good for families. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Always a delight to eat here. Fresh and delicious as always. Vegetables were crisp and tasty along with the chicken and it’s perfect grill flavor !!

Food was ok. We had burgers that were suppose to be medium but we’re well. Flavor was good but bacon was hard and tasteless. Fries not bad but no seasoning. Guy behind counter was nice. Problem I had was people in small inside seating area playing chess, and kids on patio running outside inside then back outside. At forty dollars for two adults and a child I expected more. Doubt if we ever go back, there are way too many burger places to spend that much on ok.

Over priced. 12 bucks for a hotdog? They put way too much mustard on burgers. Also, they should take it upon themselves to rinse off duck poop from outside tables. Otherwise, good flavors and atmosphere.

Every dish I’ve purchased has been perfect. Burgers always prepared to temperature. I always do take out so it is always fearful that something is forgotten. But every worker there make sure the order is 100 percent. The salads are amazing too! I always get the Greek salad and add chicken. The salad never lacks on the ingredients. And the lemonade! Best ever. The only thing is you will be paying for the burger. It’s a bit expensive but worth it. Try the fries!

When I worked downtown I used to eat at the Becks in the tunnel every once in a while, and it was pretty good. So I took my daughters here for dinner and we were all pretty disappointed. The staff was friendly, but the food was underwhelming, ordinary, bland, and at about $ 40 for the 3 of us, the price was just way too much. Doubt I’ll be going back here — I’d rather eat at the Fuddrucker’s across the complex.

Great burgers and a great outside deck. Try the ahi tuna salad if not feeling like a burger. The portions tend to be large. Service is quick

I’m not much for fast food chains. Especially those that could put a family of 6 in debt in just one visit. Honestly, there is nothing fast about this place. The burger is way to big and greasy to consume while in a vehicle; moving or otherwise. Is the food good? Yes, compared to Burger King or Red Robin(which I loathe), this place serves a pretty ok burger. I would compare Becks to Steak n Shake with an added decimal place. This place is just middle if the road for me.

Shame on me for resisting going to this place for 10 + years. I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants, I don’t like paying over 10 bucks for a burger, I’m not big on counter service places in general, and I «thought» I despised mesquite grilled anything. Live and learn… My wife suggested this place as one of the few pet friendly places in or around The Woodlands. We were headed to Grogans mill farmers market anyway so why not? I had the Bubba burger with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a thousand island type sauce. Medium rare, fries, perfect! Mother in law had blue cheese burger that looked fantastic. MVP was definitely my wife’s Ahi tuna sandwich. Grilled to a perfect medium rare, red(purple…) onion, tomato, lettuce, feta cheese, and a sweet Asian sauce. I was allowed one bite. I took two. It was perfection. Fries are good, sweet potato fries are better, black beans however were a fail. 3 entrée sandwiches with sides, six Miller lites, and water for the pup = $ 58 Watching our dog Lola run terrorized from the ducks on the lake = priceless.

The slogan for this place should be «Not as Good as Fuddruckers… half the taste for twice the price»! Seriously, we paid $ 30 for 2 burgers with fries and a drink(which you have to ask for refills for btw). We waited 20 minutes for our food that came out at room temp. Burger patty was greasless and tasteless. This«distinct texas mesquite» flavor was absent that day I guess. The fries were cold and needed salt. By the end of the meal I regretted not trekking across the parking lot to the Fuddruckers where I never get a cold tasteless burger, I can pack on whatever veggies and condiment I want and the seasoned steak fries are the bomb! Not to mention my bill would be cut in half and I could refill my own drink. Won’t be going back to Beck’s

Dish: California Chicken Sandwich. Aside from being way over priced, the California chicken is not nearly up to par where it should be for the 25 minutes it took them to prepare.(We were the only people in the restaurant mind you). The chicken patty was entirely way to thick. It was burnt on the edges. Under seasoned, and over all did not have a very good aroma. The lettuce and tomatoes were nice and fresh but I ordered a chicken sandwich not salad on a bun. The sweet potatoe fries were also under seasoned. They did have a nice crisp to them, however they were almost too fried and very bland. Overall over priced, long wait times, low quality food.

This was the first Becks Prime experience I had ever been too and this place was so odd. It looked and felt like a fast food place yet had things in the menu that I would never order at a fast food place, like steaks! I played it safe and ordered the loaded baked potato while my eating buddy got the sauerkraut hot dog and fries. The food was good, but pretty much just like any other fast food joint but not as fast. Their fries were better than most places with a drive thru. I am still mildly confused by this place but may check it out one more time when I am in a pinch for food.

Another excursion in burger(and fries) perfection. Beck’s again delivers a phenomenal burger accompanied by the excellent fries and drinks. Beck’s also delivers excellent service. Beck’s is by no means inexpensive, but then, comparing a Beck’s burger to fast food is like comparing a prime steakhouse to the Sirloin Stockade. You’ll taste the difference. Tip for burger aficionados — Beck’s cook their burgers on the rarer side of medium. The burger is even more excellent cooked to medium well.

The food at Beck’s is reliably good. Although their burgers get all the attention, they’re actually a dieter’s paradise. Wait, what? Yep. Robert’s Chicken and Veggies clocks in under 500 calories. You get a perfectly-grilled chicken breast, and a literal plateful of colorful grilled veggies tossed in a bit of garlic and Parmesan. It doesn’t look one bit like diet food. There’s an equivalent plate with Ahi tuna instead of chicken. The salads are also nicely thought out, with ingredients that meld nicely and a reasonable amount of dressing served on the side. Becks was doing«fresh and healthy» before it was a thing, and they still do it best. So why are they only 4 stars, you may ask. The price. It’s not outrageous when you consider portion size, quality of the ingredients, etc, but I always feel like I pay $ 3 more than I really want to at Beck’s.
