We specialize in gourmet coffee and a gluten-​free environment. We roast and produce the best coffee around and freshly make baked goods while maintaining allergen-​sensitivity. We want to deliver food with a purpose, not food just because. Each item we deliver to you has been evaluated on a minute and detailed level and will taste like heaven.

History

Established in 2015.

Happy Creek Coffee & Tea began as a marrying of two ideas: love for outstanding coffee and one love for a healthful, gluten-​free space. As the owners like to say, they turned their breakfast into a business. It began with one café/​roastery with coffee and now has expanded to 3 cafes with a gluten-​free steel-​cut oatmeal and Greek yogurt bar, many baked goods, and even event hostings.

Meet the Manager

Manager

While originally from Colorado, I came to Front Royal from Miami. I was a personal trainer but then one day got a call from my brother asking to manage his up-​and-​coming coffee shop. Of course I jumped on the opportunity immediately. My knowledge of coffee was simply that I loved it, but now has expanded to making myriad drinks, timing and tasting espresso, different brewing methods, and evaluating technical details of any coffee process.
