Business Owner

Kevin is admitted to practice in Oregon and the US District Court in Oregon He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to his work as an attorney he has also been a part time faculty member at the Columbia Gorge Community College teaching classes involving criminal justice, cultural diversity and business law.

When not at work he currently serves on the Salvation Army Board of Directors in The Dalles. In the past he has served on the Judicial Selection Panel for the Governor for the State of Oregon and as the Chairman of La Clinica del Carino’s Board of Directors.

He is the past Chair of the Communication Committee of the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the past President of the Mid-​Columbia Bar Association.
