I recently stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff at check in was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, however the walls were very thin and not soundproof, so I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. There was a refrigerator in the room but no bottled water. I was too tired to go to the reception and ask for some water, so I think it would be a good idea to have some water in the room. For over $ 230 a night, this is a miss. Also, the bathroom amenities did not include a shower cap, which is very inconvenient since the shower head was not a detachable one.

Nice hotel. Fantastic staff. I stayed in a King bed room and it was small. It had motel Furnitures that’s aging. The room itself is outdated but clean(not thoroughly clean). No microwave or refrigerator in the room but the front desk staff provided a tiny refrigerator upon request. The microwave in the lobby is tiny and had no paper napkins nearby. There’s construction going on next door at Courtyard Marriott which could be a nuisance.

Super place with reasonable pricing, I wish I could have tub bath in 1 king room, but it is OK if you are living for few days.

Newly constructed and everything was very nice. It’s by a freeway, but the noise wasn’t too bad. The television digital reception was good, which was surprising because that has been a consistent problem I’ve encountered at Marriott hotels. The area was nice and the hotel was near food places such as Starbuck’s and Jack-in-the-Box. I would definitely stay again, but I had one disappointment. My room didn’t have a bath. There was only a large shower. It did, however, have free in-room Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking.

I’ve stayed here about 10 times. I think it’s great. One of the lowest hotel prices in the area, very clean and new, and the service is excellent. My only minor qualm is that the elevator is slow, considering it’s a fairly new building.

When I travel for work I either stay here or at the residence inn right next door. Always had a great stay at both. Breakfast is included, I usually go across to the other hotel though. They have warm breakfast items there. Bathrooms are spacious and have always been found clean. Rooms are great. A lot of space, two televisions, fridge and microwave all included. Gym has weights, two treadmills and an elliptical. They have a happy hour where they set out a bar in the afternoons which is nice. You can grab a drink and watch some tv downstairs if you wished. If you are not picky about wine or beer they have free drinks at the residence inn as well. I always enjoy my stay here and will not hesitate to stay again.

This is our second stay within a couple of months at a Marriott brand hotel and I’m becoming quite impressed with Marriott’s vision. We wanted to attend a July 4th party at Lake Lewisville but didn’t want to make the 1+ hour drive home at midnight. With that in mind, I chose the closest hotel with the most reasonable price($ 80/night, AAA-rate). We would only be using the room for less than 10 hours and I wasn’t concerned with anything other than having a bed to sleep in. When I arrived at the front desk to check-in, I neglected to confirm what kind of room we were getting. Which is why we were a little shocked when we figured out we only had 1 king-sized bed. Considering there were 3 of us, this wasn’t going to work. I went back to the front desk to change rooms and was told that all of the double-bed rooms were sold out. The desk clerk offered to upgrade us to a suite, but informed me that there would be a slight price difference. Since this was my mistake, I was totally willing to pay the upgrade fee. I just needed a bed for my kid. The clerk went to speak to his manager and when he returned, he upgraded us to a king suite. For free. That’s right… for free! Score! Our room fit our needs perfectly and actually went above and beyond what I was expecting. *The bed was so comfortable(I’m finding this is the trend with new Marriott hotels-so nice) that we almost felt like we were sleeping in our own bed. *We had 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, which meant the kiddo got his own TV. *My biggest complaint with hotel rooms is the tendency to lack proper lighting in the bathroom. This bathroom had a wonderfully bright light(not so lovely at 3am) that would be perfect for putting on make-up. *The continental breakfast had the usual standard fare, but also had microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that made my son oh-so happy. Which makes me a happy mom. *The hotel has a pool and fitness room, but we weren’t there long enough to use either. Good to know, though! The only kinks in our stay were that we didn’t figure out that the A/C controls were on the wall next to the bathroom rather than on the A/C unit itself(my boys froze, I was in heaven) and the coffee maker doesn’t have a coffee pot, you’re supposed to use the coffee mug that they supply. All in all, this was a lovely end to our July 4th festivities. And the wonderful customer service that I continue to receive at Marriott insures that I continue to give them my business.
