Piezano’s Pizza

I am new to the area and shop at the pet store right next door. I got the Filet Mignon steak tip sub with american cheeses. The sub is $ 8.99 and the tips barely filled the roll I think if the roll was a little smaller or more tips. Overall the sub was good but found myself to still be hungry. If you pay close to $ 10.00 for tips you should get a hearty sub not a half tip and half bread.

I live in billerica and they deliver to me which is awesome! There pizza is so much better than any of the places in billerica. I got the Hawaiian pizza just recently. And it was very good, good price, and arrived in a good amount of time. They even remembered my ranch dressing on the side

Outstanding! We tried all types of delivery places in the area, and this place was at the top of the list. Sadly they changed their delivery routes and I can there as often as I would like to. I would eat there exclusively if they still delivered… Oh well.
Excellent ingredients, wide variety of food and reasonable prices. Specialty pizzas are actually special! Buffalo chicken pizza and margarita pizza were very good! Philly steak pie is Unique without over reaching.
Big dig pocket is addictive… Beware.

Not sure what’s changed, but this used to be our go-​to place in town for pizza, subs, etc. The quality of everything gone down the tubes. Now expect super salty mozzarella sticks, watery mayonnaise (didn’t even know this was possible) and greasy, stale pizza. Everything seems as if it has been oversalted, including the salad dressing. Steak tip salad was nothing but gristle and under ripe tomato on wilted lettuce with sour feta cheese. And an added bonus… entire family spent a few hours in the bathroom. Consider yourselves warned.

This pizza is excellent! Fresh ingredients and the crust is amazing. The salads are really fresh. We finally found a decent pizza place in our area. Highly recommend and the help is great.

The make this things called Boston pockets that are basically a half pita bread stuff with stuff and I gotta tell you they’re excellent. I always get one of their Boston pockets. Their white buffalo pizza is also AMAZING. One of the best if not the best pies near Wilmington

I work at a Concierge Service and I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism in my life. I ordered online to save 5% and gave a nice tip for the driver. He showed up on time but that was the only good thing about this whole ordeal. He practically threw the pizza at me before he ran down my stairs and peeled out of my drive way. I ran to my window to flag him down to let him know he didn’t give me all that I had ordered or a receipt to sign since I used my card. I called restaurant back to complain I was told by a nice lady that she would call him and the rest of my order would be delivered and then hung up on me. I called a second time because being hung up on didn’t solve my problem of the rude driver. I got the manger on the phone and he told me that everything would be fine but he refused to refund my money. I explained that my order still wasn’t delivered he said «no problem» over and over again. When I asked to just give me my money back, he refused that as well. After about 2 minutes of the manager saying its ok and he will «take care of it» said he would void my order. The second delivery kid showed up with the rest of my order later on and told me that I wouldn’t be getting any money back because that’s not how they work and once again bolted off before I could sign my receipt. I have been going there for years and I will never go back after today. Bad food, no service and the worst manager ever.

I ordered from this place today. All I ordered was a grilled chicken salad @ 5:11PM. I was told by the kid on the phone that it will be 30 minutes. 6:02PM: Sorry, we’ve been really busy, our driver left 5 minutes ago (My company is 6 minutes away – TOPS– and I dont have the option to leave work.). No problem. 6:20PM: I explain that it has been well over an hour, and I would like to cancel my order and request a refund to my credit card. The girl on the phone sounds like she could care less. Not apologetic. Moments later, what I’d assume is the owner or manager gets on the phone and asks if I’d rather take a credit. I said «No, because I do not plan on ever ordering from you again.» 20 minutes later the driver SHOWS UP!!! I said I’m sorry that he drove here, but maybe your manager should have called to inform you that I cancelled 20 minutes ago… I understand places get busy, but at least inform the customer when they call to place the order that delivery times are an hour PLUS! Poor customer service. I will monitor my credit card to make sure I get a refund.

My work orders from them often. The first order we made was 2+ hours late but they did give us the pizza for free which was nice. I love this style pizza, it is great. A huge missed opportunity using dried, not fresh basil on the Margarita pizza though.

Went with a co-​worker to grab salad for lunch. I got a Greek salad with house dressing which is very, very good, house made croutons too, yummy! I also got a slice of pizza, thin Italian style, not bad. Will go back again and get extra dressing AND extra croutons!

this one star is due to the fact that the manager working tonight has no customer service skills. we decided to order dinner tonight and saw on the site if you order online you get a 10% discount. normally we would ignore this but its all over the site so we figured «hey we are already here why not save a few dollars». sadly when trying to order this way the website would encounter an error. so we figured oh well just call it in. when i mentioned the issue with the site the kid on the phone said hold on and informed the manager. managers response was «the website is up so you must be doing something wrong». im pretty sure i know how to use a website and the fact that he would take this opportunity to insult a customer shows me this dickbag has now respect for customers. on top of that no discount. as decent as the food is here i will not be giving my money to this establishment anymore.

I really like Piezano’s Pizza! They always have coupons in the weekly coupon packs that you receive in the mail, so there are always great deals here.
They do not skimp out on the toppings either! Order a sausage or pepperoni pizza and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
There are a lot of pizza places in Tewksbury to choose from, but right now, Piezano’s is my choice. Check them out next time you’re craving a pizza. So much better than the big chains, that’s for sure!

My husband ordered double dough pizza and the dough wasn’t even cooked. I ordered margarita pizza. The cheese wasn’t fresh mozzarella, and the basil was dried basil, not fresh. My pizza was so oily, the box was soaken wet on the bottom by the time I got it.

We’ve ordered from there before and other friends of ours love it. These friends were staying at our house while we went on vacation and we decided to order pizza from there as our flight left at 6am the next morning. We got pizza, a greek salad, jalepeno poppers, and mozarella sticks. All I can say is thank God I didn’t give my infant daughter any of it b/​c we would’ve ended up in the hospital. Our friend Sarah got sick almost immediately, I woke up at 4am vomiting, Andy got sick on his way home from dropping us at the airport, and my husband got sick later that morning. I threw up for an entire 6 hour plane ride, including during the layover at JFK as did my husband. We both had some other symptoms as well. Sarah called Piezanos just to let them know and they denied it could be anything they had. Within 15 hours we were all fine so we know it was food poisoning. Needless to say we will never eat there again and will tell everyone we know not to eat there. I have never been so sick in my life.

The food from here is excellent (other than the pizza which I’ll agree with the others is just okay, not great, not terrible) but the pockets and subs are great. Occasionally the delivery is slow and the food is kinda cold, but that’s usually only when I order during the busy lunch hour so I know how that goes. The woman who answers the phone is polite and speaks clearly, which is hard to come by nowadays. I’ll rate this place 4 stars because I find myself repeatedly ordering the double cheeseburger, BLT sub, and Fenway Boston pocket from them.

We had a coupon for a large one topping pizza, so we ordered an onion pizza. I am very sorry to say I don’t think we’ll return, it was just okay. Not the worst I’ve had, but certainly there are much better choices in the area.
There was a good amount of onions for topping, but the sauce was not that great, and the dough was a little bit too chewy, if that is possible. LOL
I know they offer other menu items besides pizza, so maybe they do better on subs and pasta, but I doubt we’d take the chance again, since there are so many other take out places to choose from.

I received a menu in the mail last week. «under new ownership,» «best Italian hand tossed style pizza north of Boston». I LOVE pizza and am willing to try any place once. Woman who answered the phone was nice. Pizza came in 30 min. Unfortunately, my pizza was not what I ordered. The pizza itself was average. Sauce is kind of bland. Crust and cheese was decent. Only way this is the best hand tossed pizza north of Boston is if it is the only one. For the price, it’s decent, but it won’t wow you

I will never eat at this place again. The meatballs were cold. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they tasted okay. I heated them up and they didn’t taste any better. With all the pizza places in Tewksbury you’d think they would want their food to stand out in a good way.

It was a very snowy day today (to say the least), and not wanting to venture out ourselves for dinner, my boyfriend and I called around to our few favorite local delivery spots, only to find them all closed due to the aftermath of the storm.
We decided to give Piezano’s a try. I am usually very picky and particular about this type of fare, so was weary about trying a new place with not much to go off of beyond they were «under new management». But hey, they were one of the only open and delivering places, so why not!
I got the cold veggie pocket, and my boyfriend got the north-​end classic italian. we spilt side orders of jalapeño cheddar poppers and spicy fries.
the delivery was FAST, even in the post-​blizzard conditions, just around/​under a half hour.
The pockets were fantastic, hands down the best in the area, and that I have had in ages. The pita is definitely homemade, on the thick side (which I personally love) slightly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside (if you are familiar, think Stachey’s homemade pita). Both pockets were GIANT, stuffed to the brim of super fresh veggies (as a vegetarian I am picky) and in my boyfriend’s, fresh meats, easily a good 10-​inches in diameter. I was FULL after, and couldn’t finish it all, for only 6 – 8 $, really good deal.
the spicy fries were crispy, your typical spicy fry you get at a pizza joint, cooked well, not soggy. They came with a great white dipping sauce, my guess was a greek style yogurt to cut the heat (my boyfriend’s guess was «delicious sauce»).
the cheddar jalapeño poppers were great, cheddar cream cheesy melty filling, just enough heat, and super crispy breading on the outside. we dipped ours in a side of ranch as well as the spicy fry sauce.
Overall amazing experience. Based on this one delivery this is definitely my new delivery go-​to in the Tewksbury area
