Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

The staff is always friendly, place is clean, and pizzas are delicious. This doesn’t apply to all Papa Gino’s, we actually live closer to another one and choose to go to this one instead.

This papa ginos has the shittiest service ever! They dont acknowledge you, i work right next door and went in a half hour before they closed and they seemed so pissed off like it was a big deal, i didnt feel welcomed and there not personable people at all! Recommend going to another papa ginos if you want better customer service

Yikes! Tried out this Papa Ginos only to see the older men flirting with the young staff. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order a large cheese pizza and it took about 45 minutes to be ready. Very disturbed with the performance at this restaurant. The unprofessionalism would be one thing but the service was slow so that just puts the icing on the cake. Would NOT recommend.

I love this location. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. My order is always correct whether it’s take out or delivery.

The Papa Gino’s here at the Oakdale Mall is SO much better than the other papa Gino’s in Tewksbury! We are on the delivery route of the «other» Papa Gino’s, and we go to Oakdale to do pickup because the food is delicious.
No pizza for us yesterday, but the cheesesteak subs in their wonderful pizza dough pockets were amazing. Hot, tender, melting cheese, and seasoned perfectly. The chicken tenders were hot, crispy, and not dry at all. I got a small Caesar salad, and it was exactly the right size, and fresh.
The only thing that could have been better was the fries, they were a little limp, but it didn’t ruin our meal at all.
The staff there are some of the nicest people I have dealt with! It is always a pleasure to order from here because I know I will be treated well.
Also love the Papa Gino’s rewards program, Good Food, nice staff, and every couple of visits, $ 5.00 off of my order!

My favorite of the chain pizza restaurants with a sweet tomatoe sauce and an ultra thin albeit somwhat soggy crust. This location has been here for a great many years and was in fact the shop I frequented when growing up in Tewksbury more years ago than I care to remember.

First of all I want to say I do not live around here, and there are no Papa Gino’s where I live. And, whenever I am in this area, I usually get a Papa Gino’s rustic pizza at some point during my visit.
A rustic w/​pepperoni is about $ 15, and worth every penny! I would even say one of the top 3 pizzas I have ever had. And, in all honesty I wanted to give 5 stars to this review.
The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because:
A) The pizza (which is the only thing I ordered) took about an hour to get.
B) Another person also waiting for take out asked the girl behind the counter to check on her order since it was taking a long time. The girl, Nicole, never checked. And, then when her order was finally ready it was missing something and Nicole went and got it and literally threw it at the customer. Have to say, it was for seemingly no reason and extremely inappropriate regardless. I don’t think I would have believed it if I haven’t seen it with my own eyes. And, if it had been me, I would have threw it back and asked for a mgr.
Again, food is great, prices are great… service is usually OK.

I like Papa Gino’s pizza. I don’t care about what people say about chains being bad. Always consistent and good.
Pastas and fried foods are good as well.
Friendly staff here and it’s very close to my house so it’s scorching hot when I order delivery.
