Me And My Husband Travel Regularly For He Hangs The Wallpaper For Upscaled Hotels. Quality Inn Was A Awesome Place To Come Relax And Feel At Home. Customer Service And House Keeping Are Eager To Serve. We Stayed At The One In Melbourne, Fl Also And Saw The Same Results. The rooms are Filled With The Comfortable Including A To Die For Bed And Pillows. What A Great Hotel. Thanks To All Of The Employees That Made Things Wonderful For Our Stay. And Continental Breakfast Was Awesome. Love The Hendersons

First time in Terre Haute and the price was right. Nothing special, clean enough, but not the best. Mystery «dirt» on bathroom ceiling?! The room seemed dark and poorly lit due to the super low wattage bulbs being used. This is one and done for me as far as a return visit now that a have a better lay of the land. Good enough to lay your head if you are passing through.

People are being far too nice to this hotel. Quality Inn’s are the kind of place you can rest your head and get clean on a road trip. I don’t need fancy, I just need a room that works on a road trip. I wouldn’t stay here again, despite it only being $ 79/​night including tax.
Upon entering, the lobby stunk like chemical-​heavy cleaning solution. The lobby looked nice, but the woman checking us in couldn’t be bothered to say two words to us. No pointing us in the direction of our room, and no indication where breakfast was.
The rest of the hotel was run down. The outdoor pool was very dirty, and they let people smoke at the pool and in all of the courtyards! Last time I checked, the law is that you can’t smoke within 25 feet of a building. Gross.
Additionally, there were only three pillows on the bed, and the beds looked like they had been slept in. There were also no curtains so the room was too bright. The breaking point was that the shower was so dirty that I wouldn’t use it. Covered in mold.
The Special Olympics was in town, and instead of making a space for them to all eat breakfast together, or using multiple rooms, the hotel choose to run out of room in the fairly large dining area. Luckily, there were some pre-​packaged muffins to take to-​go. But they were running low on food as well. Just staying well-​stocked and pulling in some chairs would have made a big difference.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, a/​c worked well, beds were firm, breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a budget place to stay in this town!

I’d give this hotel three stars. Mostly because of the area it’s in and the bathrooms being a little aged. The bathroom was clean and the vanity was new. Another reviewer mentioned that the towels were a little thin, and they were. The rooms though, appear to be newly renovated with new carpeting and updated furnishings. The HVAC unit in my room was new and clean. The breakfast area was clean and newly renovated and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast fare was similar to other Quality Inns. Overall, I’d say the experience was good and a good value for the price. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

First room they gave us was non smoking but clearly smelled like smoke when we walked in. They then gave us another room to which I pulled back the blankets and found either bug remnants or food crumbs, so THEN we switched to a third room that was finally clean and smoke free. The desk clerks were very apologetic and understanding through the ordeal. Okay for a 1 night stay.

Older hotel. Rooms have been updated but tile in bathrooms needs to be replaced. Grout appeared dirty, stains in spots. Towels were very thin. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, nothing special. Waffles, yogurt, packaged pastries… Staff were great, apologizing for a crazy person who was cursing and screaming down the hall as my daughter and I walked by because she was upset they were checking for pets in her room. One of the housekeeping staff immediately stepped in and asked her to calm down and watch her language, particularly around children. The hotel staff also called after we left to let us know I had left an item behind they had found when cleaning the room. They responded quickly when I called about a girls’ softball team running up and down the halls screaming late at night. Hotel is close to Indiana State and several restaurants. Within walking distance of a park by the river that had live music on the Saturday night we were there. It does share a parking lot with a juvenile justice center.
