Zohar is the best. We worked with another other real estate agent before him for over 6 months, and it was unsuccessful. Zohar really gets to know his clients, and asks what they are looking for. He then has you look at houses within those specific things he doesn’t waste your time on houses that wouldn’t qualify what you are looking for. Also he is very knowledgeable, dedicated, polite, and honest. We found our house the first time out with him, which was amazing and we are so happy! He got us a good price, and we received excellent service from him. I am sure he is very busy but he always gave us his undivided attention. He made the entire process so easy as it was our first house, we couldn’t of asked for a better experience or better real estate agent. We will most definitely use him in the future, and refer him to everyone we know.

We where looking for a house with another agent. After 18 months and a few major problems we left that agent. We where with Zohar for 2 WEEKS and he found us our dream home. The only reason we did not get into a bidding war on the house was Zohar was able to work a deal and get us in before it hit the market. He is beyond well connected in the fair lawn area. If there is a prime property in his territory he knows everything there is to know about it before the competition. There are a lot of houses out there, but very few perfect homes in prime locations. If you want a chance to secure one, you better have Zohar on your side !!!

Zack did a tremendous job in helping us sell our house in Fair Lawn, NJ even during one of the toughest winter time in early 2014. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, and he is highly effective in negotiating, coordinating and handling every part of the transaction. Furthermore, he is very easy to work with, and we will certainly hire him again in the future. We highly recommend him.
While every seller wants to sell as high as possible, Zack was able to show us a realistic market analysis to list our house appropriately. When we were interviewing He didn’t give us the highest market analysis on the value of our house, but he’s pretty much right on spot. The final closing price was just couple thousand dollars off the initial market value he presented to us.
He was actively involved from the beginning to the end, and he always tried to take care of every detail himself rather than delegating to his staffs. He was personally at the house for the photo shoot, the open house, town inspection, and final walk through. After the contract was signed, we moved out of the house to Queens, so the place was vacant for about two months before closing, but Zack went to check on the house for us during that time to make sure nothing went wrong. In fact, he even went to the house after closing to take the final electricity meter reading for us.
Zack is very responsive and effective in coordinating the entire process. He responded to our text/​calls/​emails right away even late at night, and more importantly, he was able to push the process forward when we hit a bottleneck. For example, when we didn’t hear back from the buyer’s lawyer for nearly two weeks regarding the inspection results, Zack followed up immediately and helped both sides reach an agreement quickly.
We are glad that Zack represented us rather than being on the other side of the table negotiating against us.
