History

Established in 1980.

Jimmy Blount started Blount’s Speedy Rooter over 32 years ago in Temple, TX.

He and his father had owned Mr. Rooter franchises throughout the years and wanted to start building his own business.

With the family name, we get to uphold the honor and tradition of doing the right thing, fixing things right, and keeping our customer’s concerns as our concerns.

I am the third generation of Blount’s Speedy Rooter.

My Grandfather and Father owned Mr. Rooter Franchises in Paris and Waco, Texas since the 50’s.

I have had the amazing opportunity to see my father’s Speedy Rooter grow from him in a single van to myself managing 4 service vehicles and 2 pump trucks.

We bring a lifetime of experience and care to the plumbing and Septic Industry, where we will always have the priority of making sure Blount’s Speedy Rooter employees strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
