High mark up on parts, but they do good work.

Went in needing two new tires (so I thought) First the man at the desk walked outside to inspect all four tires and make sure he had them in stock. I was told the wait would be at most an hour and a half. 30 minutes in he showed me both tires and explained I only needed one tire and there were a couple dents in my rim that needed fixed. The original quote he gave me to replace both tires with a lifetime warranty was about $ 280. It ended up being only $ 114 for fixing all dents and a new tire. I added the lifetime warranty for only 15 dollars. Very satisfied with the service! Everyone was knowledgable and helpful. I will be going there for now on (:

Don’t do it. Can’t get tire prices online. Called local store got a price for two tires. Went to store and price went up $ 44 from phone quote. On top of that, the additional charges for stems, sensors, recycle fees, balancing etc are reciculous and was not mentioned with the phone quote i just received. They added an additional $ 52 to the price. On a whim, called another McGee store for price on completely installed with taxes etc. it was $ 30 higher than where I started!!! I was decieved every step of the way. I even asked if they would consider competitors pricing. NOPE. I went 1 mile down the street and got the exact same tires installed in 1 hour 5 min for $ 109 dollars less. I wasn’t even shopping name brand tires and the tires I was shopping were only in the $ 90– $ 100 range each. I even got an alignment in that 1 hour and it was still cheaper than this merchant.

The good news I used a $ 10 off Unilocal coupon toward my car oil change, plus they rotated my car tires for free since I was doing an installation to one of my car tires. Friendly service. My only complain is that they told me the car will be ready in an hour, but it took them an hour and an half to finish. i am glad I wasn’t in a hurry,

Had my car taken here by accident because the tow company got my instructions wrong. By the time I figured it out there were already checking my car out.
I got the first estimate was high when compared to my normal mechanic but the guy here was willing to match it so I kept it there for the repair.
Everything was done satisfactory but would suggest that you ask if they can do better when you get a first quote.
