I had a really great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a system installed or fixed. Connor Air was referred to me by my boyfriend’s parents, who have hired them before to install central air in two of their homes. They came highly recommend, and my expectations were a bit high. Let me just say they did not disappoint. Their friendliness, professionalism, experience and knowledge, honesty, cleanliness, and just plain good work really impressed me.
I called for an appointment before summer started this year and was able to get an appointment pretty quite for a quote. Jarred was really knowledgable about my existing system set up and gave me different options based on the budget I had, never making me feel like he was upselling or anything for more than I needed. He just tells it like it is — gotta appreciate the honesty & knowledge! I ended up deciding on replacing everything and going for a high efficiency system (new furnace and condenser) that had an energy rebate, which Jarred assisted with applying for. I just had to fill out a form or two and it was that easy.
For the installation, I had John and Cody & Matt and they were pretty much on time every day. Installation took 3 days. John always explained what they were going to do before they did it and that made me feel at ease since I had to be at work during that time and couldn’t be home. They were very knowledgeable and professional. When I got home each day, I was shocked at how you could hardly tell they were ever there! Given the amount of work they did (removing old ducting and furnace in the attic, making new vents in the ceiling, and adding a vent for return air) the house was SOO clean. If they moved anything I couldn’t tell — everything was how it was when I left it in the morning. I’ve never had any other contractors work this clean. There was minimal dust on some surfaces from putting in new vents in the ceiling, but that’s to be expected. I did not expect them to dust down my house lol! Five stars for keeping things super tidy!
I had a High Efficiency Trane system installed and I couldn’t be happier. The first time it turned on, I didn’t even realize it was on at all– it’s SUPER quiet. It also cools down the house fairly quickly. I haven’t heard of Trane before this, but the city inspector saw it and made a comment that they’re really good units. Not that I had doubts but it was nice to hear that.
After installation, I had to schedule a final inspection with the city and also for HERS testing (one for the city and the other for the rebate program). These third-​party companies were all great and really friendly. One of them mentioned that Connor Air is one of their stronger accounts and that they do really good work. Their comment and the one from the city inspector made me feel even better about my decision to go with Connor Air.
I also felt happy to support a fellow h.s. alumni (we graduated different years/didn’t know each other) and local family-​owned business, as I come from one as well. Bottom line: if you want to get your money’s worth, I highly recommend Connor Air. They have very fair pricing, do a great job & do it the right way, they clean up after themselves very well, and are just all around nice, helpful people, including Mary at the office. If I had to do another install in another home I’d hire them again.

My central ac has been broken the last five years. My husband finally agreed to get a new ac unit. We chose Connor because my neighbor referred them. We contacted Jarred and he came to give an estimate in August 2014. In March 2015, we ordered a new ac unit and it was installed 2 weeks later. They installed the ac unit in about 6 hours with 2 employees. They kept the work area cleaned. We are happy with the work and service Connor provided. I’m happy to have central ac that works!!!

My husband met with Wayne the owner who was very knowledgeable & helpful. That must be the reason they have been in business for so long. Mary at the office is patient and friendly. The installers Tim & Steven made sure I was comfortable with my decision to choose & buy the right a/​c unit. They also organized the information to to give to the city inspectors. They made sure everything was covered as far as permits & crane. There were no hidden fees. Definately would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality products & great customer service. 8^th A/​C company that came to diagnose our problem. None could or were willing to climb to our roof — we only have external roof access and it’s about a 40′ climb. Finally fixed and so happy with the repair experience.
We first spoke with Mary in the office who assured us numerous times that they were able to service our townhouse community. We had several other local companies offer the same assurance but none of the technicians that came out were able to.
Their technician Raymond came out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He reminded us to always replace the batteries in our thermostat and replace our air filters. With the problem being the capacitor, he was able to replace it right away. Our A/​C is back to cooling and we are elated! He also checked our furnace to make sure everything was compliant.
I highly recommend their team!
