Freezer Repair gets 5 stars without question. I was hesitant to initially purchase my Whirlpool freezer (I only know them for washers/​dryers) and what do you know, it broke down within the first six months. I’d lost my warranty info, but thankfully I found Freezer Repair. It was so easy to submit online for a repair quote and I was able to arrange my repair with no hassle and on my time.
You get to request your own service date and time, so no waiting around like with the cable company. Plus, they service every kind of freezer, so you know you’re getting an expert. They called me to confirm the appointment and they fixed my freezer in house.
It was really easy and refreshingly fast. My freezer was back in working order, just like Freezer Repair promised.

I am so grateful to find Freezer Repair! Their customer service was superb. A few weeks ago my freezer broke with water everywhere and me trying to save my frozen veggies, fish, meats, and ice cream! WHEN MY FREEZER BREAKS– I KNOW THE SECRET TO STAYING COOL.
It’s summer time again, which means ICE COLD BEVERAGES are MANDATORY, especially with each summer seemingly getting even warmer and warmer! Thank you Global Warming– we’ll get to that later.
Now back to ICE COLD BEVERAGES: being a resident and employee blessed to be living in beautiful, sunny, Southern California; owning a working freezer is not a luxury but a necessity… I mean, I’m willing to bet that just about every homeowner or renter has at least 1 car, maybe even 2 or 3. Likewise, each homeowner, renter, or small business owner has at least 1 freezer if not more. Freezers, much like a car or any other appliance that gets frequent use (DAILY if not HOURLY for most of us here in So Cal) eventually stops performing as it did when we first got it… On a day just like any normal day, out of the blue will come code red potential despair– the day that your freezer stops working or heaven forbids– breaks down!
I say «potential» with «code red» because when the day comes that you’ll need to call for some kind of repair; just like with your car– most of us have a «go to» so we can be confident and prepared; now just like with the car– I now know who to call when that day comes for my freezer and so can you! Off their website they have multiple options at contacting a technician regarding a quote for the service needed done. I opted for a phone call due to urgency. Thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Freezer Repair– I no longer «have a melt down» when its 98 degrees outside and I open my freezer warm, swimming with melted and watery ice. Just as they promised, I didn’t have to wait long for my technician and dealing with the team was hassle free! They have a shop they can take your freezer into if they need to order parts and can offer you a stand bye while yours is being repaired back at their workshop, if needed. Mine was up and running again that same day, no major dent to my bank account either.
