We carry locally hand made clothing, hula hoops, glow toys, fire tools, and juggling props! We also have 3D Tapestries, Sun Glasses, Hand Made Jewelry, and more!

History

Established in 2015.

The owners, David Hirshman and Nathan Machutta, each have been running there own businesses selling fire dancing tools and hand made clothing respectively, for over 10 years! They have now come together to create a festival themed store to support unique alternative culture and the arts!

Business Owner

Nathan began as a circus performer in 2003. After a number of years performing he began to create his own costuming. After several years of costume design work for his circus company his arts eventually evolved into the beautiful hand made festival and party fashions that he designs today!

Love this store. Love the people. I get all of my favorite dance-y pants and fun clothes here. They also have great toys & cool jewelry! A lot of their toys and clothes are made by them and they know all about how to use it, how wear it and how to alter/modify it. I believe in supporting local and this one is definitely worth supporting!

The boys at the flow shop are some great dudes. They are really into Flow toys and amazing fashions. I had a Jedi Cloak with Pockets custom made and it’s probably one of the best pieces of clothing I have purchased!

Great selection, bright and cheery store with super helpful staff! If you are in the market for some fire dancing toys whether you are a beginner or seasoned professional performer, The Flow Shop will hook you up and help you set the night on fire!
They also have a good selection of glow toys, clothing and toys for the kids too! Get your kids a new toys that they can play with for years, I promise you won’t be disappointed :)

This shop is outstanding! They have a wonderful selection of flow toys and are happy to help find you the right equipment. Their clothing is on another level and is all made locally. I bought a hood that I ended up gifting to a friend and she gets non-stop compliments on it! You can also have items custom tailored if you have a specific request. I will be continuing to support them! Can’t wait to get more leggings and other festival clothes made!

Really glad that there is a shop representing festival culture located right off Mill Ave in Tempe. There is a wonderful selection of clothes that’s all handmade in Arizona. Cool hoods, pants and tops. I love the toys for dance. There is juggling equipment, hula hoops and fire dancing gear. I love it! Will definitely be back for more.

When purpose and passion align, it is a VERY beautiful thing. My hat is off to the owners for providing HIGH quality merchandise and the sciences behind Flow.
