John (the owner and technician) has always been very friendly, honest, and straight forward with me. He does not try to «up sell» things needlessly like other companies do with their services.
When my older AC (more than 10 years old at the time) needed new capacitors, he showed me the old ones so I knew he wasn’t just pulling my leg. A couple years later, when the drain pan cracked, he gave me both options (attempt to fix which likely would destroy the unit in under a year or replace the system AND get energy savings). I opted to replace. Best decision I’ve ever made. He ended up reducting my house (additional cost) as part of the replacement (move from box vents above the hallway to snake hose, drop vents) and not only is my energy usage lower, but the rooms stay colder and don’t have the «hot zones» they used to have. Not to mention the fact that the AC isn’t running constantly during the hot hours of the summer afternoons in the desert.

John kept our 2 old and tired units working for several years when issues arose, and then replaced them at a fair and honest price when it became more cost effective to replace than to repair. Whenever I have issues with my AC or heat pump, I call John. I have also used John to replace a water heater. His team is quick to respond and get the job done. John is very thorough and reviews issues he finds as well as offering the most cost-​effective suggestion (s). I have two water heaters and when I called an emergency crew from the yellow pages to replace the one that leaked, I got a lower quality option for almost double the price. I had John replace my other, working unit that was old and he recommended an eco-​friendly option with an alarm sensor which will automatically shut off the unit if there is a leak. If you could see my two units side by side you would know hands down which one was done with care and pride and you’d be surprised that the clearly higher quality until installed by John was cheaper. PriceMyAC is the most honest company. The first time we had a problem, I thought it was going to be a major repair but PriceMyAC showed us that the problem was a simple inexpensive fix.
