My partner and I own 11 JIB restaurants in the Phoenix Metro area. We dread summertime in the valley. When the triple digits hit, the equipment nightmares begin. We have been using TPH since 6⁄1 and are so THANKFUL that we made the switch. We now know that our service needs will be met in a timely professional manner by TPH. The techs are knowledgeable and courteous with our staff, most stores are now on a first name basis with their tech! It’s great to have confidence that the repair will be properly diagnosed and repaired quickly. There are no excuses or questionable service practices. Tom is great with communicating the repair details and scheduling larger repairs. Catie is fabulous with invoicing and always ready to help when we have questions. The website is easy to use and creates a paper trail which keeps everyone up to date on service calls.
We have nothing but praise for TPH Mechanical. The summer nightmares have been greatly diminished by TPH Mechanical for ALL our AC and equipment repairs. Much thanks to the whole TPH team!

I have a server rack that has to stay cool. I was working on installing a brand new server when my AC unit went out. I called on TPH Mechanical and they were able to come out and fix the problem on-​site the first time. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars in downtime and possibly fried equipment. I will definitely call them again if I have any further issues down the road. Thanks TPH!
