This place is the most terrible place in the world!
The lady did a terrible job on my nails and ruined my plans I wanted for valentine day and I have to get my nails touched up.
Then when I wanted to pay… the man working there tried to over charge by 10 $ and then when I correct him politely… he told me to never come back here in front of my boyfriend… and I felt shocked and It happened out of nowhere and I left in tears, when I came back home, I called them and asked for the Manger and the guy on the phone said thay she wasn’t there and hung up on me.
PLEASE I URGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT THIS PLACE, the service is bad and the workers are rude. IT’S HIGH TIME THEY LEARNED TO BE PROFESSIONAL!

I’ve been coming to the same person for my waxing needs for about 12 years and the business moved to this location a few years ago. Great, consistent waxing services and extremely reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but I’ve strayed a couple times to full service spas for convenience purposes over the years and frankly, this place has a way better end result at a better price for waxing.
This time I got a pedicure as well — for $ 30 you get the soak, callus removal, sea salt scrub, hot stones, lotion massage and of course regular polish. It was not rushed at all. I’ll agree with someone on here that said the massage chair was rough, but there are controls to turn it off, so that’s good.
If it’s busy, you’ll have to wait. Come in at non-​peak times. I was lucky to come in this time, on a Saturday afternoon, and it got super busy right after I started my pedicure. I’ve had to wait a while at times, but really it’s probably like that with most walk in places.

I went into the salon today with a coupon for a fill for $ 12.99. As soon as I sat down the woman told me my total would be $ 18. I presented the coupon and showed her that it said $ 12.99 for a fill. She said it would be $ 16 because the coupon only gave a $ 2 discount. I asked why the coupon did not say «$ 2 dollars off» instead and she made me move to her husband’s station. He is the owner and told me that this time the fill would be $ 16 but next time I came in he would do it for $ 10… I asked him if he saw the coupon and he said yes but it would be $ 16 still. I asked why he wouldn’t honor the coupon and he ignored my question but told me to come back so he can do it for $ 10. I asked him to give me back the coupon since he would not honor it and he said it was gone.
This was annoying. Why advertise one price, not honor it, then offer me a cheaper price in the future upon my return? No consistency whatsoever. Also, the coupon was just released in the In Student Insider coupon book. I’ve never had any issue with any vendors in the booklet. This experience was NOT good!

My first time here. The women all have attitudes. The men are a bit more welcoming. Someone started on my pedicure then a regular came in so she left me with no explination. The guy that finished did an awesome job. One of the best pedis I’ve had in a while. On the downside he tried to upsale me 3 different things. Undecided if I’ll be back.

I came here to get my nails done with my bestfriend a few months back & they not only did a bad job, they were also very rude. I am Vietnamese & could understand everything that was said and i was not happy with things that were said.

My friend and I went here a while back for pedicures and eyebrow/​upper lip waxing. The pedicure was wonderful and they seriously have the best waxer there she was amazing. I’d go more often but it’s a little pricey overall. I’d definitely recommend it though!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows done and then I started getting my nails done here. Kim does a wonderful job on eyebrows every single time! For my nails I go to John he is amazing and if he isn’t available I see Kelly or another tech I’m not sure of her name. This business has wifi and a nice flat screen tv to enjoy while getting your pedicure.

I come here to get my eyebrows waxed only. I like it because she is great at it and she knows how to shape them naturally just by looking at your eyebrows. The wait is sometimes extremely long though. I’ve never done my nails here though so I don’t know how well they do it.

All I have to say is if you want a perfect pedicure with a good message, ask for KELLY She’s the best. I got stuck with another girl last visit and was unimpressed and left disappointed.
They also do waxing, I always leave happy with my eyebrows!

Last time I’ll come here. The guy that did my pedicure was rude not just to me but employees and was very rough. A kid came out to hand him hot towel (which was disgusting looking and dirty) and hot stones and said «ahh hot». The man doing my pedi yelled at him and proceeded to put the scalding stone on my leg. The polish is thick and uneven. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else for a polish change. I won’t be back shitty pedi, shitty service.

Bad place for nail services !!! Don’t recommend it at all !! Their employee talked to me In a rude way just while I was asking for service !!

This is the worst place ever for nail services. My wife had a bad and rude service from their employee. They don’t know how to treat their customers!!!

I’m a pretty reasonable person when it comes to service because growing up in 626 of LA I’ve had my fair share of rude Asians. I came in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel manicure felt rushed the entire time and my French tip was too thick. I kept telling the lady but she would insist it’s fine and pretty much look at me and continue her work :/​. I’m sorry but there are 10 nails places in a 5 mile radius so… Customer services makes a difference. My pedicure was fine except the scrub part was kind of rough, after I told the lady it was fine. Will continue my search for a go to nail place.
They do have a cheap price for gel manicure $ 22, you get what you pay for.
Update: On the board coming in it was $ 22 gel and $ 30 for pedicure. They ended up charging me $ 60 because somehow for that lady who did my nails (who was super rushing!!) it’s $ 25 and I don’t even know why my pedicure was $ 35. Didn’t give me another chance to ask. And just charged me.
As you can see I’m very fair with reviews and rarely give 1 star to places. But I am VERY UNSATISFIED. Not only was my service rushed and rude, I was over charged with no reasoning. Hidden charges. Will not be back.
UPDATE: 2 days later. My index finger of the french gel nail was peeling. kind of like a peeling sticker. So I went back. As I arrive I said very nicely «Hi, I was here on Saturday and my nail chipped». Blank stare and eye roll from the guy, here let me see he says. I show him my hand and he proceeds try and fill the nail. I stop him and said no it’s peeling too (I should have been more detailed) so he sighs and says ok then we ll have to re do the nail. I said ok. So I’m sitting here feel all these angry eyes on me and the lady who did my nails on Saturday starts speaking in Vietnamese to him as they all give me dirty looks. He then tells me «it’s chipped because you took your hand out to text, the light didn’t shine on it long enough because you wanted to text, you shouldn’t do that when you get these nails». WOW, I’m speechless… not only did they mess up and not admit to it but they also blamed it on the customer. Not only was I angry but embarrassed because the guy said it to me out loud with a bunch of people around. 100% NO! Take your business elsewhere to a place that treats customers with respect.

I thought I would try some place new, I really dislike judgmental ppl and clearly that’s what these ppl are, they were very rude, did the job very bad, and I don’t know if they were racist because they think Mexicans don’t tip but clearly I always do, but please DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place ever!

Nice place! They have nice chairs and it seems clean. My pedicure was awesome. She was very gentle and appropriate. She also gave me an extra massage for free. They’re very reasonably priced. The $ 20 pedicure included the basic trimming and cuticle removal plus a decent massage and a hot rock massage. The hot rock massage in scottsdale cost me 25 $ extra. So I was impressed. My only problem was they let this very young girl run the credit card machines and take money, this made me a little uneasy! I also observed them making clients pay before the job was done… It seemed very odd to me. They had this lady pay for her nails and were very rude about it. You could tell the women was a wee bit upset about the matter! Over all good place, I’ll return again.

I would say this Nail Salon is pretty average. Reading the reviews I could see how if it is your first time coming here, you could have a bad experience. They can be rude and not very up to date on customer service. There has been a few times I’ve come in and I am not greeted. So I’m just waiting around awkwardly until someone notices me.
Customer service is VERY important to me so it can be frustrating…
But I will give them 4 stars based on their job. I’m always looking for a good deal with everything I do in life and I feel they’re the cheapest around. I always like my Gel manicure and Pedicure & if I don’t it’s due to the fact that I picked out a bad color.
I’m not sure the name of the woman who is known for the eyebrows but I will give her 5 stars!
She honestly is AMAZING! She does a great job. She can be rude and pushy but at the end of the day she knows what she is doing. And I only trust this salon with my eyebrows.

I have mixed feelings about Nail Time. I initially loved the convenience, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. Depending on which employee you get, the pedicures are awesome. They give a good massage, using lotion and cooling gel, and the best part is the hot stone afterwards. However, some of their employees can be rude and rush through your appointment.
I was there the other day and asked for a gel manicure and they told me to pick a color and that someone would be right with me. I sat there for almost 45 minutes waiting to get my manicure. I asked multiple times how much longer or if there was a better time to come back, and they insisted I was «next». Then I ran into a friend of mine who was already there, I sat next to her and shared my frustration with her, then they immediately found someone to do my manicure after multiple times of me asking. Then, they only did two coats of gel instead of three which they normally do. I had to ask for the third coat. it was a very odd experience and uncharacteristic of this salon.
Overall, this salon is streaky. I will continue to give them a few more chances because $ 23 for a gel manicure and $ 20 for a pedicure is a great deal, but overall, this salon provides a very inconsistent experience.

I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon and they quickly got me seated. Nice pedi chairs, but the massage on them was a little rough. Lots of color choices. No crazy upsell techniques. The man who did mine spoke great English and was able to help me create the look I wanted. My gel mani looks great and they did NOT make my cuticles bleed.
The basic pedi was under $ 30 and included hot stone massage! $ 5 extra for callus remover (pretty standard). I made it out of there with a pedi and gel mani without spending more than $ 50! Score!

This salon is pretty standard. My tech was not chatty, but I don’t mind because I’m terrible at small talk. I needed an acrylic fill and new gel color. She listened to what I wanted for the shape of my nails and trimmed them exactly how I wanted. What I really liked was she confirmed the price before painting. She said «if you want glitter it will be $ 30, is that okay?» At a lot of salons it’s like a suspenseful gamble when it comes to the price because they don’t mention it till you go to pay. My nails look great and I had no problem paying with my debit card. I did leave a cash tip like everyone else is mentioning, but they have a sign posted very clearly on the front desk stating that they only except their tips in cash. Overall I was satisfied.

My favorite nail salon! The guy doing my nails, his names Ky and he’s sooo freaken funny when you conversate with him!
I got my nails gel-​ed. Lookin hella cute. I like getting all my fingers one color and then my ring finger a different complimenting color.
I don’t know why there’s bad reviews, if you don’t like something, speak up! The workers are so friendly. They would love to help you man.
The boss lady does all the waxing and she’s a total pro at it. She’s the only one who does it in the shop to assure consistency. I love that!
Even when there’s a wait, they’ll still try their hardest to get to you at a reasonable time. Btw they have the hugest selection of gel colors! I spent forever trying to make a decision and Ky was super patient about it. Even cracked a joke over it: D
