The Dr. & Staff at VCA are the most compassionate, caring and sympathetic individuals I have ever met. I recently had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to our 11 year old Beagle who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I’m thankful that I chose this facility to help me with such a painful decision. My Luna was at peace because of the friendly, loving staff who always made my Luna feel very comfortable. I will always be grateful to VCA for the warmth that the entire staff displayed during our difficult time.

I took my new puppy, «biscuit,» there to see Dr. Gam. We were very pleased with the way she examined our little puppy, and explained the best way to take care of our new little one. the office staff was the BEST! So sweet, and took very good care of

The nurses are very nice but Dr. Gam is terrible! I don’t know about the other doctors but if you see her ask for someone else. So rude and disrespectful, doesn’t even try to explain why her policies are the way they are, my dog also did not like her and she called her a brat and said I was raising her wrong. Very rude and unhelpful, when I asked a question she would just say no and if I asked why she would never give a reason, not how a client should be treated

I’ve been going here for years. The front staff are always amazing. The nurses, specifically Lily and Kristin are my favorite. I have three yorkies and they always seem to remember to ask how everyone is doing by their name. Plus they are just awesome Nurses! Dr. Siringo is such an amazing Doctor. Not only is he very knowledgable but his bedside manner is so entertaining and fun. He is so good at what he does. I took one star away because this place is very expensive.

Awesome staff here! They all genuinely care about your animal. Everyone is always extremely nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable this place is honest and not out to rip you off as some vets do. Each visit I’ve had since I got my dog has been great. Very clean throughout the clinic. Highly recommend to all.

When we first moved to the area a few years back, we set about looking for a vet that is AAHA accredited. VCA El Rancho was the closest so we decided to give them a try. We were so fortunate to have hit on them first! We have used all the vets at this office. All the Dr. s at this office are very knowledgeable and we would feel comfortable seeing any one of them. We do tend to stay with Dr. Siringo. He makes us feel so comfortable trusting him with our fur babies. He is so down to earth and has a real warm humor! He does genuinely care for our babies and for the pet parents as well. Our miniature schnauzer Lexi comes to see him at least once a month to get her paws trimmed due to her condition of hyperkeratosis. She loves him and you can tell by her little stubby tail going 90 MPH.
The staff have always been great to deal with. Not even once in the past 3 years we have been going there have we have a bad experience with the staff. They are helpful with questions and always pleasant to deal with. They also show they have a passion for the fur babies. We often get follow up calls to check on the health after our visits. We know we are in good hands with this vet clinic. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!

We have had a wonderful experience so far at VCA El Rancho with our two new rescue pups! They have been nothing short of amazing. From the start, the vet techs showered our animals with affection and attention and everyone provided the highest level of service. The last time my partner brought our dogs in one of them got sick in the car on the way, and the staff went as far as to offer to clean it up. Their kind offer was declined, but they were nice enough to provided cleaning supplies, gloves and wipes for our dogs, not to mention watched our animals while the mess was cleaned. They made a stressful situation much more manageable and went above and beyond what either of us would have expected. We will certainly continue to take our dogs to this great place. Thank you so much for your time, kindness and attention, VCA– you are very much appreciated!

This was our visit to VCA and our first time taking our Chihuahua, «Daisy» to a vet. The staff was very friendly the minuet we walked in the door. Sadly, our dog was not. She was a real pain. But the staff and vet, Robert Siringo, could not have been any better. They tried everything to get Daisy to feel comfortable. I could not believe the patience they had with her! I will definitely be bringing my other dogs to them! Great experience.

We have been customers at El Rancho for lots of years and have had reasonably good experiences in the past. This morning we took our dog in to have a bone removed that had wedged in the roof of her mouth. She is a large dog and we had concerns about how hard it would be to remove it ourselves so we planned on having her tranquilized to accomplish this. After sitting in the exam room for a period of time with no exam given we were presented with an estimate of approximately $ 450.00 to remove the bone. Of course I immediately told the young lady that the estimate was completely out of line for what needed to be done and walked out. When I got home I called my next door neighbor who came over and in about two seconds we had the bone removed and everyone is happy (except possibly the vet office). This office has lost a long time customer over inflated price gouging.

The staff is super friendly and the cost is reasonable! I can’t believe how loving the staff was to the kitten I brought in… Bringing all my pets here from now on!

I dont go here but my best friend does so I went along for the ride. The staff is friendly but you can tell they are very corporate. Expensive and they place a lot of pressure on the pet owner. They may have a free 1^st time exam but this is simply a lure as everything else is way over priced. Not my cup of tea. Sorry guys.

Not a huge fan of this place to be honest. Went to a bunch of different animal hospitals getting pricing on having my puppy «fixed.» This place was the most expensive in town. And the staff was a little bit pushy by trying to get me to set an appointment right then and there. When I had stated that «I’m shopping around, getting pricing.» I understand trying to get peoples business, but I wasn’t looking to commit to any pet hospital yet. I was new in town, had a new furbaby, and wanted to find the best place to take my pup for surgeries, shots etc. This was not the place based on how high their prices were and the pushiness. I found a great vet on the other side of town, and I’m glad that I decided to go there instead of this place. Also, location wise, it’s out of the way a bit. I went with cheaper, and closer to home while upholding prestigious service.

This was my first visit here, and I am so glad we did. Dr. Siringo was fantastic!!! Very personable, thorough, and polite. I have been to at least 3 or 4 different vets here in Temecula, but this one was the best by far. This will now be the only vet I go to for all of my animals needs!

I am so happy we found VCA and Dr. Siringo! I trust only him with my fur babies! He has done multiple surgeries on my dads little dashound when no one else would touch her. She had large keloid masses that were weighing her head down and affecting her lifestyle. She has recovered beautifully and is happy as ever! My cat had a really out of whack thyroid which after meds, then radiocat treatment is now back to normal and ornery as ever!
Just a couple of days ago my little Codgie baby cat was having an issue with his throat and vomiting. I ran him out to the emergency vet because it was after hours and they took xrays thinking maybe he had an obstruction in his abdomen. I wasn’t sold. He said his bowels look really strange and wanted a radiologist to read the xray but immediately started talking about surgery! Keep in mind that I would spend a million dollars on this cat and would do anything if I thought his life was in danger! I also made him take an xray of his throat to rule out something caught in this esophagus, he did so reluctantly. They waited for hours for the radiologist to get back to us. By this time the clinic became very busy. Then the Dr came out and said the radiologist said no blockage on the xray (when just a couple hours ago he said some things don’t show up on an xray). He said it is just gastroenteritis and gave me some meds and I took him home. At any rate he made me a little uncomfortable so I made sure to take Codgie to see Dr. Siringo the next day.
Sandy got me in that day! She is always so nice and compassionate. Dr Siringo spent about an hour looking over my cat and the xrays. Checked his ears, throat, heart, bowels, and lungs. He ruled out all other issues and had many other less invasive treatment options to explore besides jumping into surgery! Keep in mind also that this was a free appointment because this was the first time visit for Codgie. He is doing great now. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received this time, and every time I go to VCA.

Dr Siringo is OUTSTANDING – Friendly, answers all our questions, patient – We love him!
Also, the staff is terrific: Samantha, Sandy, and Faith – all of them are so helpful and their follow-​up is exceptional. If one of them says she’ll get back to me, I have no doubt she will keep to the task until it’s done right.
I have had dogs for over 20 years, and this hospital (and my former hospital in Texas) are the best I’ve ever experienced.
PS When I moved from Texas to California, I asked my vet, «How can I find a hospital as good as yours?» He said, «Find one that is AAHA certified.» Well, I did, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice

Excellent care for our 4 dogs. They also were kind enough to give me a heads up on a way to save a couple of $ on our pets care.

The clinic and people are awesome. I am new to this location but not the VCA family. This particular clinic has the best customer and pet service. I never write reviews, but felt so compelled given the service. Plus, I received a handwritten «Thank You» card with actual signatures! Seriously who takes the time to do that anymore? Its a personal gesture in an impersonal world.
The doctor and staff were excellent with my aging dog. Their love for animals is truly felt from the moment you arrive. You would assume that type of care would occur at most vet clinics, but just like every industry, customer service can be extremely poor. Not at this clinic. They are raising the bar Definitely recommend to any person searching a friendly, knowledgeable and cost-​effective vet.

Took our two rescue cats, Red and Mercy in for their first check-​ups, immunizations, and to be microchipped. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Fox was down-​to-​earth and informative without being rushed. He took his time to answer all our questions and offer tips we hadn’t thought of yet.
The costs were on the lighter side of what we had called around and gotten other estimates for, so frankly, we expected less. Boy were we wrong. Great place, great pricing and we’ll be coming back for all our grooming needs for the cats too.
Highly recommended.
Now, if I could just find a human Doc in Temecula that’s just as good…

Best experience I’ve had with a vet, ever. Dr. Fox is very good at putting you at ease and takes the time to answer questions. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in helping us make payment arrangements and keeping it as affordable as possible by combining procedures and/​or eliminating those that are not needed.
Our Story:
A week ago, we had zero intentions of adopting any animals. That changed last Saturday when we found Charlie, a 7 – 8 week old kitten, limping accross Via Montezuma in Temecula. My sons followed him and coaxed him from the bushes after he’d crossed the street. He allowed my son to pick him up and then sat comfortably in his arms with zero complaints. I did not want another cat, much less a kitten, but there was no way I was letting this little guy fend for himself while limping and in the cold. At the very least, we’d feed and bathe him and then drop him with the humane society in a few days. Yeah right.
We took a trip to PetCo and found Charlie a small litter box, some food, and a scratchy toy. We brought him home and he was happy as could be to have a bowl of food. He spent quite some time polishing that bowl, purring all the while.
When my wife arrived home, her inner Doolittle came out and we decided we’d take Charlie to the vet «just to see» how he was. We learned at VCA that Charlie’s limp was much more serious than we had thought. He had a fractured femur. Short of this, he was in relatively good health for being out on his own. He was a little under weight and infested with fleas. A flea treatment fixed that (coupled with my wife’s bloodlust for killing fleas).
Throughout this entire time, Charley was one tough cat! Not once did he wince or complain about his broken femur. Had we not opted to do the xrays, we would never have known! The break was plain as day on the xray. Dr. Fox believed the best thing for Charley was to surgically repair the broken femur. Surgery on a kitten we’d found on the street was not something we had planned, but after spending a few days with Charlie, we were hooked.
Care Credit approved what was needed for the surgery and we proceeded with the surgery today. Be careful with Care Credit. They are a little tricky to work with. Talking to a live body w/​Care Credit was nearly impossible, but after some time pecking 0 I reached one. Getting a straight answer wasn’t the easiest either, but Care Credit, I think, I still a great product for what it is intended to be. We initially received some misinformation somewhere along the line. We later learned that VCA’s office manager went to bat for us with Care Credit and was able to work with us in getting what we needed for Charlie to receive the best care.
Charlie is resting now and his prognosis is very good. While we may not have expected it, we are very pleased and thankful to be able to have Charlie in our lives.
Knowing what I know now, I would recommend VCA El Rancho to anyone seeking a vet. Dr. Fox and the staff have always returned my calls and taken the time to answer my questions.
