Adriaan vanHeumen came over from the Netherlands in 1982 to work in a European Bakery and start up a Chocolate shop.

Adriaan V.
Business Owner
Vallee d’ Brume opened in 2004 and is a European style bakery. The owner Adriaan was born and trained in the Netherlands and moved to the United States in 1982 when he was hired as a Chocolatier. After working in Telecommunications for several years he returned to his roots and opened his own bakery.
