History

Established in 2013.

In 2012 I decided to try placenta encapsulation with my 3^rd, and last, baby in hopes of preventing the postpartum depression I had suffered after my first 2 babies. I didn’t know it could do much else, so I was amazed at how painless and quick my postpartum recovery (from a third C-​section) was this time around. I learned later, when I became certified, WHY placenta encapsulation had helped me heal so much faster. I had been unsuccessful with breastfeeding my first 2 babies, and pumping never produced much. However, with my 3^rd (and the help of my capsules) my milk supply was great and breastfeeding was successful! No baby blues or PPD, increased milk supply, less pain, and faster healing… it was life-​changing for me, and is what motivated me to become certified in this amazing practice so I could help others.
