I have used this Home Depot since it opened. The location is convenient and I usually get great service. Yesterday, however, after a delivery of construction materials that was a day late and required multiple calls from the driver who was lost(a previous Home Depot driver had lopped off part of an olive tree) and earlier in the week, a particularly annoying experience ordering windows in the store I AMDONE. From now on I’ll be going to Hanks or Dixieline where quality, prices, expertise, and delivery are on the whole significantly better. At least I’ll be dealing with professionals.

My first review of this location but not my first experience here. Some have been good, some not. Today it was a «not» good visit. Let me start off by saying that when I’ve dealt with most associates who know their stuff they really help me find the right stuff whether it be in electrical, plumbing, etc. Today I went in for a screen door that I had seen on the Home Depot website. For some reason it can’t be ordered through the site so I came into the store in person. I gave the guy in the door dept. the SKU from the website so he could find it easily. He went to the HD website and said there are no doors like the one I want within 100 miles. Duh, this is what I already know and why I came in; to order one. So then he says it’s $ 99. I asked why it costs $ 20 more than the price online? He didn’t have any explanation. This is when I walked out. To me, this kind of stuff is exactly why big box retailers are losing business. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. I’ve had problems with items online showing as being in stock in my local store(in plentiful quantities) only to drive in and there are none of the parts I need. This has happened to me more than once. As much as it pains me to leave a 2-star rating I feel like they earned it this time and I went to another source for my screen door. What Home Depot needs to understand is that if they don’t fix the problems customers are talking about, they will end up like«Builders Emporium.»

It looks like they hiked up their prices in the garden department. $ 8 for one gallon plants is outrageous. I’m going to have to go somewhere else.

Home Depot is out to ruin lives. Called customer service to see if a product listed on the website as in stock was actually in stock. After 20 minutes on hold and being transferred numerous times from one incompetent person to the next I finally got the answer I was looking for, that the item was in fact not in stock. Good thing I didn’t drive the 30 minutes to find that out.

I come here all the time and spend a lot! Customer service is always great. But today I had to do a return and I understand that it is never the best part of a company, specially when it a large amount. However, today I had an associate at returns(Mina) that went above and beyond to help me out. I didn’t have a receipt, but she personally gave me so many different option I could do with my situation and even though at the end I had to get a manger to help me find my recipe for what I wanted to do, it was no problem. She was super friendly and all smiles with us. I had a great experience and its always good to know that home depot is willing to do whatever is possible to help the customer out. Definitely recommend this store.

Two thumbs up for a young lady in nursery name Brandie. I showed her a picture of leaves on my citrus trees that apparently were damaged by disease. She related that its damage from a bug called Leafminor. She walked me over to where insect treatment sprays were located, she did some quick research and then explained to me my different options and how to spray the trees. She is on top of her game.

What is going on inside Home Depot? Are aggressive, harassing solar energy representatives the new norm inside the store? I truly don’t appreciate them following my family around through several aisles nipping on our heels about purchasing solar from them. And we don’t appreciate their disrespect and failure to listen when they are told no repeatedly. Do I have to punch them to make them go away? Love the store and do all of my business there, but if these people are reined in then they will force business elsewhere.

So if you order something from Home Depot and they have to order it for you and it is less than $ 400 Home Depot charges a $ 59 shipping charge. So I have to pay extra to buy a product that they advertise on line. Wow!

I come here several times a day during the week. Home Depot workers you guys are killing it. Regular people making a living doing their thing always there to help. As far as the big shots at Hone Depot I got something to tell you all. Stop filling the isles with stuff. It’s almost impossible to go down some of the isles and pass another customer without clipping their cart. And the solar sales people are out of control. I just need sprinkler parts today not a 80k solar system. They make me feel like a bad person and I’m killing the planet if I don’t stop and hear their speech. I don’t need new AC system either. Jeez, enough with the sales pitch. Remember when Home Depot used to be a spot to buy home improvement supplies? Those were the days…

My poor experience was post purchase. Their delivery service missed their window by a lot and I had to reschedule. The driver, Warren T., sounded like he shouldn’t be operating heavy machinery. He came off like he was baked out of his mind or seeking to audition for the remake of Fast Times at Ridgemont High or Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure. I felt like I was Mr. Hand lecturing a clueless Jeff Spicoli about wasting one’s time. All the guy had to offer me was a few hazy chuckles about how it happens all the time and that he didn’t know the last name of his supervisor. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a delivery service in all my life.

I like this Home Depot in particular. The staff in general are very helpful– I might go as far as to say, the most helpful out of all the Home Depot stores. One particular employee, Nicole(usually on returns desk) is extremely nice and always helpful. They have a nice selection of plants. The organization of the store makes sense to me so I can zip through in record time.

this is in regards to kitchen remodeling — don’t waste your time!!! the rep showed up 45 minutes late, on his cell phone, laughing!!! the rep claimed he did not have our phone # — really??? home depot called it several times, before and after, this apppointment?! even if the rep did not have our #, which i find hard to believe, why not call the dispatcher, who definitely had our # and let us know you are running late. poor customer service! there are plenty of other qualified, cheaper, more reliable companies available. please, please, please, do not use home depot. save your time and money!

I love Home Depot but today really irritated me. I wanted to buy a specific light future for our bathroom and looked online to see if it was available. The site said there were 4 in stock. So I went and naturally there were none to be found. I asked an employee and she seemed bothered to check for me. She said the light fixtures came in today but that they were still on the truck. She then walked away without saying anything. I thought maybe she was going to try to get one for me but I never saw her again. I had to go with another fixture because this was not in stock. Not super happy about it

The people who work here are super friendly! I’d even go as far as to say that this was the most helpful and friendly Home Depot that I’ve ever visited. I didn’t have to track anyone down for help, either, which is always a plus.

I love this Home Depot it is the best one I’ve ever been in the employees are fantastic except for one Melinda she works in the front where everybody checks out and is extremely rude to customers and other employees and when I asked one of the employees what’s up with her they said she’s like that with everybody

Going to This location can be great if you can find someone to help you when you need help. For some reason they don’t stock everything like they used to. Our fridge broke and we went to buy a fridge and they said nothing on the floor was in stock. Since we couldn’t wait a week for a fridge we went to Lowes. However, I do shop here for some of my remodeling needs.

DONOTBUYPAINTHERE!!! Apparently it’s a VERYCOMMON problem that when you grab a paint chip and order a sample, paint your wall, like the sample, come back to order paint the paint chip code and their codes DON’T MATCHUP! I ended up with an awful flamingo peach color when it was suppose to be Basic Khaki. Not Basic Khaki peach but Basic Khaki green. They have 3 different colors with the same name. Rather than give me the correct paint they are insisting on retinting the 10 gallons I already bought. I need 25! I WILLNEVERBUYPAINTHEREAGAIN!!! The manager and worker are all blaming me for the misunderstanding. How can it be MY fault when THEIR codes don’t match up AND I had no idea there were 3 different colors with the same name. I even told J «it looks peach!». He assured me it was the right color. No it is not!!! Buyer beware!

One word: incompetent As I enter, a female employee was talking to a male emoloyee, I approach them and ask where can I find a multimeter and they both look confuse so I explain what a multimeter does(which I shouldn’t have to) and they pointed me into that direction. I walk up and down, up and down once more and still I couldn’t find what I need so I start looking around for help. I saw 2 male employee walk by so I approach them, one seem a bit annoyed that I have disrupted his conversation regarding football, my apology. So I ask them both where can I find a multimeter and again they both look confuse which prompt me to explain to them what a multimeter does(sigh). One guy say he would have to go find Jack. I don’t know who the F*** Jack is but I’m assuming his last name is A**. After 9 minute the same guy came back and said, «Jack say its in a green package in this aisle». Oh really?! I made the guy go find it while i stand in one spot. Up and down he goes; nothing. And finally he said something useful, «i think its best if i get Jack here» no shit Einstein. 6 more minute pass and and u guess it… the same guy came back holding a multimeter… which wasn’t even in the electrical aisle. And up to now I still have no idea who Jack is. I would have mention each and one of their name BUT its not their fault, I blame it on management for lack of training.
