I am an experienced, passionate, and «Mobile Tutor» who will come to your home. I service the cities of Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, Menifee, and Hemet. I specialize in the subjects of: Math, Reading, and Writing for students in grades Kindergarten through 10^th grade. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota. From there, I went on to teach 3^rd grade at Garretson Elementary School in Corona for four years, part of the Corona-​Norco Unified School District. I was featured as the «Business of the Week» earlier this year, on April 9^th. I have three years and counting experience as a Tutor.

I work hard on designing custom lessons which target your child’s individual and unique learning needs and style (s). I am a firm believer in helping a student improve their confidence in themselves as well as their academic grades. I help my students learn to believe in themselves and their success. I explain that this is achievable via hard work, dedication, and discipline. I strive to make learning enjoyable and interactive. I believe that this is the key to keeping students engaged and focused on the content and skills by making learning more meaningful; connecting the lessons to their everyday life.

My ultimate goal is for my students to become life-​long learners. I strive to empower them with knowledge and skills as well as access to resources so that they may have continuous opportunity for greater success.

History

Established in 2013.

I was recruited and worked as a 3^rd grade teacher immediately upon graduating from college. After four years of teaching, I went on to experiment with the corporate world. I gained incredible insight as well as valuable experience working as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative. My most recent position was a Customer Service Specialist with Lakeshore Learning Materials. My time there was primarily spent interacting and helping out fellow educators which made me yearn to go back to my true calling, teaching. As I didn’t wish to limit myself to one grade, I dedicated my time and energy into researching teaching methods and learning styles and at being an entrepreneur. It has been the best decision of my life as well as the one I have given my heart and soul to! I have never been happier with my career and each and child that I am blessed to meet and work with enriches my life with their unique and beautiful personalities! I truly love what I do!
